We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalThere was no EV charging point and the breakfast could have cheese and ham. Some staff people were not super friendly but we all have our days, right?
All that was expected at this hotel was there. I used it already a few times and there's nothing to add in comparison with other units of this network. The breakfast was served very early which was a good thing and it was suitable for the price. The beds were very comfy. A very nice and closed parking lot is also a plus.

United KingdomNear a busy road and window did not blocked outside noise. Hated the capsule style bathroom as its not at all practical. Awkward furniture, not very practical and lack of simple basic amenities such as wall hocks. Sometimes it's the simple things that can be important

United KingdomThere is nowhere to eat in the evening really, in walking distance apart from Burger King and McDonald’s. And it’s a bit of a run down area. But again, we just wanted somewhere to sleep!
It was exactly what my son and I needed for an overnight stop. Two double rooms, basic but very clean. The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable, but otherwise fine. Breakfast was simple but again, quite adequate. Very good value!

United KingdomGood size room, beds so comfortable, Breakfast was basic but it was better than nothing. Not too far from Pau train station about €15 by taxi. We stayed over to watch a rugby game at Stade Hameau Stadium, 10mins walk from the hotel. Hotel is safe and secured in the night. Gates closed and locked in the night with security guard that control the gate.

United KingdomNo complimentary shower gel/shampoo - as an air traveller, I was relying on this due to fluid restrictions you can take in carry on bag. Shower curtain wasn't great and shower head was slightly faulty.
Excellent proximity to Pau FC (purpose of visit) and Burger King just across the road for a convenient meal. The bed was comfortable and room had air conditioning. Reception staff were polite.

BelgiumThe 2-3 person room needs some small redecoration work and some more, preferably closed, cupboard space actually suitable for 2 or 3 persons. A small refrigerator in the room would be a big plus.

SpainThe room had an unpleasant smell and not very spacious for three people. Also the reservation was for three and towels were only for two. No shampoos or even soap. The handsoap was finished. Things that should have been taken care given the fact that the rooms was just cleaned.
It was good given the low price we booked . The breakfast was basic but ok.
