Good clean hotel with secure parking. The room itself was spacious and clean. Although it was very hot in the room and I couldn't get the temperature down and I was facing a main road so very loud if I opened the window through night. Apart from it being far to hot it was good. The man on reception helped us book a taxi into town. Breakfast was ok too.

The staff (A lady who was handling reception and breakfast on third day i.e., on 10 April 2023) was humiliated us that we are eating more. She commented multiple times that we are eating too much. She was counting what we are eating. It was so insulting us. We had to beg her that give the food. We paid and we ate. That's it. What is the point in keeping the board unlimited if you want to count it ??

Liked the breakfast. We came in group. Everyone felt so happy. We stayed for 3 days and 3 days happy with the breakfast. Rooms also clean enough. And there is absolutely zero disturbance.

No hair dryer, no US phone port chargers, missing a few essentials

Very clean, from train station to the hotel $7-8 , from cruise $14-15. It’s ok just for simple stay. No US phone port chargers, u need to bring charges. I asked front desk, he provided one , very helpful front desk guys. No hair dryer, coffee pot or tea etc and hand soup. Mirror is hard to reach in bathroom, not very convenient for women do make up etc.

Low speed internet. Every morning some employee made a lot of noise slamming the doors of the apartments in the hallway. I'm not sure, but I think it was the person who cleaned the apartments. Other than that, the hotel is great.

Area around the hotel appeared a bit run down, Air-conditioning was broken and we couldn't leave the window open as the noise from the main road was unbearable. When we came downstairs for breakfast at 9.30hrs most of the food was already gone even though we were told breakfast could be had until 10. All in all expensive for such a basic hotel.

Room was clean and a good size, member of staff at check-in (Nicholas) was very friendly and helpful! We stay in Premiere Classe Hotels a lot and you always get the same standard so we know what to expect.

Mamadou was really kind and helpful. By the time I arrived at the hotel every restaurant ik the city was closed. He offered himself to translate for me the taking away menus which were in french and he also offered me to call the place in my behalf so i could take a dinner at 1.30 am 🙃

The hotel was non smoking yet guests were smoking outside the building directly below my window which meant that I had to close window to keep smell out. Not ideal on hot days/eves and no Aircon. The guests across from us were also smoking out of their bedroom window. Please know that this is a very basic hotel. There are no complimentary tea/coffee facilities (I bought a cheap kettle). There is a coffee machine in reception at 1 euro per cup but the portions are all espresso size. The hotel advertised lunch and dinner available however they are just frozen meals which you have to cook in the microwave also located in reception. We stayed for a week but the hotel is much more suited to shorter stays/overnight stops.

Friendly staff. Fresh towels/toiletries and bed made every day. Easily accessible. Free secure parking.

It was hot, and I mean HOT. entering the 2nd floor was like entering a sauna. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING, so beware if you want to come on hot summer days. If you think that nights are cold anyways and you can open the windows, you will face mosquitos and seagulls screaming outside at 6 AM. Windows blinders were broken in both rooms, one was without view because the blinders were on the way. Beds are HARD

Needed some fruit in the breakfast eg apple or banana and some small cheeses. Was disappointed not to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee on the room.

The first night we check in, we had booked a single bed and a double. What we received was a double bed and a bunk bed very disappointed. We asked the front desk to change and they said all rooms were booked the next day they moved us to 2 single beds not ideal but better. the breakfast was very basic. Also the parking was shared with what seem to be a van company so parking was tight. overall disappointing
