The hotel took a deposit (€300) from the credit card for a month. They did not release it despite requests. It finally came back after A MONTH of waiting. They said they couldn't influence the matter. However, the bank confirmed that they had taken the deposit for a month. Without this episode, the accommodation would have received excellent reviews from me.

The apartment (3 bedrooms) was clean and comfortable. It had 3 bathrooms and big living room. The apartment also had a washing machine, which was excellent. The pool area was excellent, as was the location.

Paying for parking or breakfast seem to be very expensive, however, it is your choice to book it or not, the availability is there. And anyway there are boulangeries opened close by from early morning where you can easy get very nice breakfast and coffee.

The location is perfect. The accommodation is spacious and clean, it had robes and slippers inside. However, we were all adults staying and have been missing some coffee capsules or robes for all of us, but surely you can ask this all at the reception and they kindly provide you with what you need.

The free parking was limited height that we didn't know in advance. local parking is very expensive. our apartment had an intermittent beep which was frustrating. the maintenance guy tried to fix it. it did settle down but was a bit stressful. 15 Euros a night for the dog is expensive. This is always frustrating. one would hope that they would clean the apartment anyway. Our Jack Russell may have left a few white hairs around but nothing a vac around wouldn't clear. Deauville is expensive for eating out.

Great view. Well equipped. Warm and cosy. Good location be good for a break any time of year. heated outdoor pool was fun. Great that we could bring the dog.

My swimming pool locker was stuck ( the badge provided did not work). The first security person could not open my locker, I had to wait for a second person to get my locker open. I would prefer a key system

Check-in at 5pm - I travel a lot and never heard of a check-in after 3pm. For a 5 star hotel - no cleaning included, you need to take out your own rubbish, 5pm check-in, 10am check out....

Some of the kitchen equipment could be updated. Staff at reception struggling to communicate in english resulting in an not very effective check-in process. Quite expensive rates.

Large and modern resort in Deauville. Nice apartment with good space and a nice large balcony. Positive with a garage when you arrive by car.

This accommodation is centrally located a short walk from the train station and perfectly positioned for access to both sides of the river. The pool, spa and gym are clean and well maintained. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with clean, well appointed bathrooms and kitchen.

My father left his swimming trunks and jeans in the pool dressing room & next morning staff were not able to find those. Very strange....Hotel staff promised to look and inform me if found, yet nobody contacted me since then.

Great location, amazing swimming pool, very spacious place with everything that we needed. Close walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. Children playground and room is a big plus.

No bar or restaurant. Board fixed to balcony restricting the view. Outdoor chairs on balcony covered in seagull poo. No welcome cleaning pack provided as detailed so had to purchase own materials. A proper oven would have been preferred to the microwave grill as it was tricky to use.

The view! Location was ideal. Good size of apartment. The pool and spa facilities. The lobby and reception area. The gardens. Friendly staff.

Property requires better maintenance. For example, the balcony privacy screen was not properly secured and the balcony floor tiles were covered in green mould. Very surprising for a ‘premium’ holiday rental, the apartment, to accommodate six people, had five clothes hangers. On requesting more, I was informed there were not any! Lived out of a suitcase for a few days! Also, the iron did not work.

Good sized modern apartment with impressive views over the marina. Comfortable.
