The noise. My room over looked the busy street across from the busy restaurant. Lots of loud music, people laughing and eating… which is all wonderful except when I wanted to sleep and could not.

The staff and prime location and my room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was a bit difficult especially showing up on a holiday where all parking garages and streets were blocked 😬. A little notice would have been appreciated 😊

Nicely decorated and clean room, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and good views of the sea as well as the busy street with all its bars and restaurants. Located in the centre of the main touristic area, so don't come here if you're into going to bed early as it's got no soundproof windows. If you're into partying and exploring the town, it's the right spot!

Breakfast is not brilliant, but passable. There is no child price for breakfast, even if your kid just had a bowl of cereal. Also the location is not for everyone. Both times we were lucky to have rooms facing the back street which is quiet, but if your room is facing the front of the building - well you might have to listen to people party late into the night. Also our air con didn’t work for the last two days. We didn’t mind even though it was hot, but that might be a problem for most people.

We were staying for the second time, we love the vibe of the hotel and its location. Very very friendly personnel, and I especially grateful for the thorough cleaning, as there is no way you wouldn’t bring a lot of sand from the beach, and our room was pristine after the cleaning every time (even our daughter multiple plushies lovingly arranged in the bed - so cute :)

Wish they cleaned earlier in the morning instead of evening. Had to ask for more towels and when checking out could find anyone to hand in key to waited 20 mins.

Bed was super comfy. Check in online before hand was easy. Decor was lovely and location was great.

A little noisy, you could hear people coming home at night or out on the streets. Also, we had 5 guests but booking.com didn’t say one room was a triple so we paid for an extra room which was unnecessary.

The air conditioning would not go lower than 20c and it was a very hot evening. The breakfast is very basic and not much choice.

Was a little pricey for just a night stay, no breakfast but probably in line with Biarritz prices.

We had a 6 bed dormitory. Cubicles were bigger than expected. 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms so that was good. Great location.

Fabulous location - very close to the old port and Le Petite Plage with easy access to the other beaches and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely, though quite small. The hotel has a lovely decor and overall vibe. The breakfast was quite good, lots of choice for the continental option, though not a great deal of additional choices with the 'full' breakfast option. The various other bars and restaurants owned by the hotel are lively with varied cuisine and street food choices.

Unfortunately the first night our air condition unit was not working and we couldn’t be moved to another room as it was full. But the next day they fixed the temp. so we didn’t need to spend another night in the heat.
