The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and gave us a room on the ground floor as we requested. The bed was comfortable

The shower wasn't very practical. There was only one socket in the room. The lighting was very strong which wasn't ideal just before going to sleep.

On arrival the room smelt of tobacco smoke - this is a non-smoking room. It is also not ideally positioned for local restaurants as they are a 40 minute walk away.

This hotel is well located for motorway access and has a good secure car park. The room was clean but tired in decoration.

Very poor breakfast, below average Premiere Class quality. Problems with check-in - card was not working. Air con not so efficient as it should be in such a small room.

Arrived after the reception was closed, so had to work out how to get through the gate, then navigate the automated system to check in. Took a few attempts to locate my reservation.

This is not the staff's fault at all, but the hotel has been allowed to be run down by the chain owners. The room was poor quality. The door had obviously been kicked in a couple of times and there were gaps showing. Worse was the room was very hot and the only window had a steel grill with a few holes in it (probably for security,) but no air got in. The 3rd bed, like a bunk bed right over the top of the double bed, it's ladder had rings only as thick as a pencil and you had to wear trainers to get up and down because it hurt your feet. Once up, you could not sit up, because you were so close to the ceiling. No kettle, no air con or fan, very very basic and run down. The only electric plug in the room was 4 foot up a wall and was cracked. The whole thing was loose and you'd have to hang your mobile phone in the air to charge it, hoping it wouldn't fall down. The fresh orange machine at breakfast wasn't working.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault them. A credit to the hotel chain. Parking was good. The beds were firm but absolutely fine. Breakfast was OK too, clean and light where we sat.

many things, the shower, i would like to know for what species of animal is made the shower, because it is clear that it is not for humans, it is ridiculously small, the rooms are very noisy, you can hear everyone talking, the staff who clean the rooms don't know how to knocking on the door, that's why they found me naked in my room, it was a very incomodo moment and last, they should let people sleep in it parking, it is a very bad image and they are also noisy

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Mattress has had better days. Noise from other guests trying to use the automated check in and then open the motor gate with a security code, noise with people coming and going most of the night. I would definitely recommend asking for a room at the back of the building, not facing the road and above the entrance.

Very basic, easy access from motorway. Cheap, but if you want a decent night's sleep it might be worth considering paying a little more elsewhere. Enough parking. Walking distance to the Ionity EV chargers.
