You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

JerseyAlthough the bed was comfortable to use it was awkward that they would move as we were getting into bed / into a position. The freezer could not freeze the water for the ice tray. The washing machine was broken on the Monday when I had a pile of clothes to I wanted done but it was OK, the lady at reception gave us directions to the nearest launderette and a free pod / tablet
Shower was warm in bathroom, bright lights. Kitchen unit was well set up with lots of space for storing food and the crockery and saucepans were good use. The beds were fairly comfy. I also loved using the machines in the fitness suite every other morning. To save money, we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel every day but the selection on offer when we did have breakfast was very good indeed, coffee machine, a mixture of pastries, cereal, yoghurt, also eggs and sausages. Staff were helpful and friendly

United KingdomThe hotel does not have an evening restaurant, so we had to go out to dinner, we took the car as it was raining and found parking extremely difficult for the restaurant that the hotel had recommended. It would have been better to walk a bit to find a suitable restaurant. The only member of staff we found extremely grumpy and uncooperative was the young man in charge of breakfast. Clearly, he did not like guests arriving only a short time before he was closing and wanted to get away. He started clearing all the food away before 10 o’clock and without checking if we still needed anything more. 🥺
The room was clean and comfortable with a little kitchenette in a cupboard, so it was good for making tea/coffee. There was also a safe in the room. Most of the staff were extremely nice and helpful and the Hôtel was staffed 24/7. We arrived by car and the parking was right next door so very easy and convenient. It is about 15/20 minutes walking to the centre of town. The breakfast was good.

Excellent experience at the Odalys rennes. The room was big and the furniture was well integrated (Kitchen, Desk, bed, TV, etc..) The room was clean and big.
