There was quite a lot of noise outside our window from people on the street below.

The room was spacious and clean. Part of a shopping coplex close to food and other shops. Easy walk into town and to the train station.

The room was very small for 4 person. The promised 25m2 was measured together with the bathroom and the toilet. The masterbed's frame was steel like the additional beds. One of the pillow was too flat the other was as hard as a rock. The hotel is a bit overpriced to its quality. I couldnt see the 4 stars in that Hotel. The corridors and the room need to be renewed because everything was quite worn. Dissapointing to see the stains on the carpet the dust in the window frame and the worn small table. The mini fridge was really mini, bur at least worked. There wasn,'t toilet brush in a 4 star hotel. Its a shame. I don't recommend this old-school hotel for.that price. This the second Novotel Hotel where I didn't feel comfortable.

The only positive things are the location and that my family liked the breakfast. The others were very dissappointing.

The room is small. The seperate toilet and bathroom inside the room is very unusefull. The breakfast is same every day. They hold 50 € deposit per person so 200 € deposit is on hold on my card because we are a family of 4. This is completly not acceprable. In booking it dayd 50 euro will be deposited not 50 euro per person. The staff alsı should improve customer commucation.

The only good side is the location. It is very close to everything and in the shopping mall. You can walk everywhere.

Check in was 1 Hr later and we had to roam around First to get our room Finished. But unfortunately, the First room they gave us, was a moist room. Musty smell and the window is super moist and you can clearly see the Black molds which is bad for the Health. I requested to change Room because we are allergic to Black Molds. Which was later granted.

It‘s like beside/ Within the Mall. Perfect location if you want to Visit the Christmas Market just like what we did. Near grocery store. Accessible to Tram. Parking space at the Mall.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is handy if you don't have breakfast there as you can buy it in the mall. It's super close to the old centre and also the train station.

Check in is not standardised. We were 3 families and all had different approach. One family paid 150eur deposit, received 1 room card and got a gift for their 11 years old child. The other family paid 200eur deposit, no gift for child and received 1 room card. 3rd family paid 200eur deposit, no gift for child, 2 room cards.

Lobbie was so good as well as luggage service. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was almost perfect!

I think it should be compulsory for hotels to do king size beds. We don't have any complaints, it was only a one night stay and we enjoyed the old town immensely.

We liked the location, that was one of the reasons we chose the stay there. Staff was friendly and helpful, we did not have any complaints. You get what you pay for to be honest.

It as not the cleanest place and the room was pretty worn down. The AC didn't do what you expect it to do. It wasn't too bad though. A longer stay would have been a bit tedious in the August heat.

Great location at the edge of the old city center. Very convenient to get to restaurants, while not having to negotiate the inner streets with a car.

I don’t like the reception staff force me to the room which has ugly view and refuses to change it. The first time I have been in hotel of novotel group and there’s no single bottle of water provided. The parking fees is to expensive without any offer to hotel clients.
