You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandAt my arrival I got a room which did not fit the original description (as per images in booking and room size), after being in contact with the reception for about 30 minute or more. They managed to change the room. Certainly they did a good job in the end, but I simply did not hear any comment why I got a smaller room. On Friday night there was a loud noice coming from the restaurant area or garden till 1am.
The hotel has a very good breakfast with diverse choices of products for kids and adults

SwitzerlandStayed in several Novotels... this is not a great one. Be careful when reserving parking. You pay the fee but their parking is super small so you might not find a place and they say there's nothing they can do about it. The hotel is in dire need of some renovation as everything is a bit old and starting to malfunction (doors, elevators, the showers, etc.) Asked for ONE extra pillow, was told it was not possible.
Nicely located, 2 mins away from the new Confluence museum and the Tony Garnier Hall (and 15 mins away from the Gerland Stadium). Staff were nice and cheerful.

NetherlandsMould in the shower, inexperienced staff, parking is dirty, right and often so full people park outside the designated parking spaces. Not the best area, a walk into the city center is not recommended. For many it would be too far to walk anyway, about 1 hour. Public transport is relatively close but still not a nice walk. Instant coffee in the room only as decaf, not what I'm craving for in the morning. Fire alarm went of 01:45 at night, we returned to the rooms after half an hour. No explanation nor an excuse given the next morning.
Family room fits our needs, aircon was working (not always the case though with this Novotel hotel) No detour from our route
