Shower water was scalding hot. Very easy to ajust, but could have been dangerous the first time before knowing about it. A small warning sticker would be a good idea.

The one thing this place is missing is a good kids pool - my children (3 and 7) wanted water slides and to play with a ball (not allowed) - the pool at this site is beautiful but much more geared towards adults, which is odd for a campsite that is so obviously designed to attract families. They have lots of space and this would be a worthwhile addition. Linen also not included which is frustrating for such a high end property. Other campsites in the area are perhaps better value for money, but we were there in peak season.

Great location, lovely beach, nice play areas, lodges are great, fairly spacious and well equipped, staff really helpful. The campsite has a lovely beach resort feel - central area with restaurants/bar/amusement park has nightly live music and a great ambiance. Good supermarket on site but expensive so worth bringing some essentials with you.

In late July it was just too busy. The pool was so busy you couldn’t move and despite 100s of sun beds it was impossible to find one. The beach was also very busy. We were there in extreme heat 36+ which definitely tainted our stay - but we found the cabins to be basic and it’s very expensive. for the money you can buy a much more enjoyable holiday. I bet it’s lovely in May

The activities and other facilities included are great and the resort is beautiful. The tangerine restaurant is a lovely place for dinner and the staff were friendly.

I did not like the fact that towels and bed linen were an additional cost considering the cost of the stay. There was nowhere near enough sun beds at the pool even though there is plenty of space there to add more beds. As it is so hot in the daytime, some floodlights on the sports facilities would be beneficial as then we would be able to play all the sports later in the evening when it's a bit cooler.

Travelled as a family of 5 (11 and 15 year old boys, husband, and mother in law). The places we ate onsite were very good, our fave was the Picnic. Reasonable prices and very good quality. Staff were very polite throughout the resort. The location is fantastic. We liked the fact that within 10 minutes, we were at the port with a selection of good restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. We also caught the taxi boat over to St Tropez (even though we had hired a car we fancied travelling by boat as well). St tropez is beautiful, lots of nice restaurants and bars and plenty of shops. Particularly nice in the evening, when the market was there. We loved the sports facilities very clean and tidy and of a high standard. We also liked the complimentary shuttle buggy as we were staying the furthest point away from the pool, so it was a welcome alternative to walking all the time in the 37-degree heat!

Have a long mirror in property, and there was ants in the bathroom, and the pack of towels could have two big towels in them , other then that it was lovely definitely come back

We stayed in a mobile home with 2 rooms. The mobile home is quite small and the beds are also not comfortable. The equipment was good. Unfortunately, it was not so well cleaned. Fridge did not work properly. AC also cooled insufficiently. Selling point is clearly the whole system. The pool is very nice. We also really liked the various restaurants on the beach. The basic mobile home is clearly NOT a recommendation. An upgrade to confprt or even to another offer from praries de la mer is certainly worthwhile.

I didnt like the sand and gravel roads everywhere on the site, perhaps make a few more tarmac paths and roads? We got home and our shoes were just full of sand with stones stuck in the bottoms, it got everywhere in our lodge as well.

The staff at Nova lodges are amazing, they went above and beyond to help us fix the mess that booking.com had created with our booking. In future I will book with Nova direct def NOT booking.com

I would definetly add some window nets and for doors also. Just if you want to leave your door open , it would be nice to have a net so nothing comes in.

Loved, loved, loved the location. Everything was present at the facility. The staff, security everywhere and very, very clean. Also the beach is amazing and so easy to get to. Very family friendly.

Everything was top notch including the reception and groundskeeping support. The entire complex is very well organized and peaceful. Even the areas that are under construction are well contained and barely disruptive.

Facilities and accommodations are fantastic. Outstanding for families (with kids of any age) or just couples/individuals. We love it!!! I appreciate that the on-site businesses (bike rental, laundry etc.) are reasonably priced. I found the long bar drink prices to be a bit high as well as the on-site store but they were probably on par for a vacation resort.

Coffee machine that the shop didn’t sell pods for, air con/ heating didn’t work and the weather was pretty bad so we needed that. Very noisy neighbours partying quite late. Would be helpful if cleaning products were supplied. There had been very bad weather and the beach was covered with the stinky seaweed which was a bit unfortunate!
