Nothing all was perfect!

Location was in the heart of Nice, a quick walk to the water, restaurants and shopping right in the neighborhood of the hotel.

These are negatives but I must say they did not detract from our stay in the slightest. The double bed is one of those that combines two singles, causing a little back ache due to the groove in the bed. The pillows are a little to firm for our liking. The shower, whilst lovely, had a very slippery floor which meant we had to put a towel in the shower to stop us slipping. One of my pet peeves is the TV when travelling in Europe, no English TV, there was BBC 1 and 2, thankfully....but in today's modern world, English channels shouldn't be to difficult to get in any hotel.

The staff were lovely especially Laura on the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was elegant with a beautiful view of an old church across the road. Enchanting. The breakfast was perfect, lots of delicious treats and again very clean. As a continental breakfast it rates as a ten out of ten.

The WiFi connection was sometimes not good, but it didn't bother me.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very delicious. I liked the location of the hotel, very close to the center. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Air con goes off on 1st Nov for winter - it was still mid 20s and stuffy in room. Heated towel rail didn't work. Excellent big shower but water pressure a bit low.

The pillows are a bit hard but I appreciate that is a personal choice. The wifi is very patchy but it is an old building and we have the same problem at home!

The location was perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. The room was spacious ( we chose comfort rooms), the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was a kettle too rather than just a coffee machine...extra points!! Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff were very helpful with directions and advice regarding buses etc. This is a great choice for exploring Nice.

Didn’t like the look of the cafe in basement with no windows although I never tried the food. WiFi not good. My bed on second night (separate stay) wasn’t very comfortable.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to train station and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The reception team were welcoming and very helpful as I'd forgotten to bring an EU plus and they kindly loaned me one for duration of my stay. My ensuite room was clean as was the bathroom, amenities provided were cute travel size and appreciated. The highlight for me was the mini fridge which I wasn't expecting but came in soo handy. I'd definitely stay here again and totally would recommend.

Internet service was spotty at best. The public bathroom by breakfast room wasn't clean.

I loved the ambience and location. The room was spotless and nice to come back to. It is a 5 min walk to the promenade des Anglais.

We liked it.

The room was a good size and the decor was excellent. There is even a small frig in the room. There was staff 24 hours if anything was needed. It was a pleasant experience staying there.
