Advertised as having Netflix and TV channels. There was none only access to use your own Netflix. Noisy in the morning from school children attending nearby school

The decor was in good taste and kitchen was very well equipped, comfortable bed

The apartment is on the intersection of two roads and where the bedroom is on the ground floor there was a lot of traffic noise late at night and very early in the morning. There was also noise from the neighbouring apartments, mainly due to the weather being warm and people having their windows open. Some may find the spiral staircase to the lounge/kitchen challenging.

The location was good, close to the centre of the Bastide for bars restaurants and supermarkets and a pleasant walk to the old city. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It had a comfortable bed.

Sleeping on hot nights is a little uncomfortable without AC.

A lovely modern oasis in a rustic medieval town. The apartment is extremely spacious (just the two of us) spread out over ground and first floor with the bedroom on the cooler ground floor which was good as there's no AC. Upstairs is a very comfortable living area with an extremely well equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for for a short stay. The hosts were also very accommodating regarding checking in and out which made for a wonderful place to stay in Carcassonne.

could have done with more utensils for cooking a meal but we managed fine and wine glasses were supplied on request.

great location near the main city and walking to the citadel. lovely stylish furnishings feel to the place. the little balcony provided a view into the life of the town and some of its interesting history we loved staying there the concierge was helpful and was able to converse in French and English

The bathrooms wasnt great at all. We found clogged hair in the sink which was causing water to back up so we fixed that, but then on the last day we were there the bathroom started to smell horrific. No clue what it was. A sewage-type smell. Just grateful it wasn't there for much of our trip. Would be a terrible review if that bathroom smell was there the whole time.

Almost everything about the place was nice. Lovely bedroom. Great sunlight in the sitting room/kitchen. Nice winding stairs.

The apartment was fine for all we wanted

The apartment was Lovely and clean. Lots of things within easy walking distance for food wine and meals. Helpful info when needed from the apartment contact. Bus from the airport about 10 mins walk from the apartment but an easy walk. All you would need for a couple of days stay over.

Extremely noisy - old, traditional French windows with no noise or heat insulation. Ground floor less than a metre away from noisy street so had to buy boules quiès (wax ear plugs) after first night to get some sleep. Despite a thermostat which read 22/24 degrees the upper living area was cold and the radiator did not work at all necessitating using a plug in heater which we spared as imagine it is expensive to run. Bedroom was cosy but all heating went off/was turned off on last night leaving entire duplex chilly the next morning. Main light fittings in entrance hall, bathroom and table lamp in bathroom require attention. Unsuitable for people with disabilities due to narrow staircase.

Great location - close to centre, 25 minute walk from La Cité - modern, spacious, clean, well equipped duplex.

Property next to a main road and school - Extremely noisy early in a morning. Kids congregate on the steps outside the apartment which is very loud and disturbing. The bottle opener was broke which meant we couldn’t enjoy a nice bottle of wine on the balcony. The lock on the door is confusing and the instructions provided aren’t good enough - A key would be much easier. There is no air on in the property so it is very hot. The windows downstairs are boarded up so one dull light is not sufficient in a large bedroom.

Could of been provided with another toilet roll as we were only given one and ran out late at night. Road is very noisy but this can’t be helped.

Really good amenities and communication with the host and allowed to check in early.

Apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and I am fussy about cleanliness! All facilities available including hair dryer and curling / straightening tongs. Central location makes it easy to see all of Carcassonne. Thoroughly enjoyable experience staying at this apartment. Would definitely recommend.
