The air-conditioning unit was not effective, so we had to open the windows and it was quite loud. The area was decent, but maybe not ideal for those traveling alone.

The space was very clean and newly renovated. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable. The kitchen amenities were enough for a brief stay. The location was good in terms of proximity to the train station and to the Main Street with shopping and food.

* We booked 3 apartments, in this 2 are good, however one was not good with some weird smell and beddings was little wet. * Lot of trash while getting in to the apartment. * Very very narrow space to stop the car to take out the luggage

Uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room, only one duvet (the reservation was for 3 people) but blankets were available), mold in the bathroom - very poor ventilation.

Very good localization, in the city center, close to the train station, walking distance to the promenade. Apartment is small but clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Coffee and tea was available, shops nearby.

The owners try to maintain cleanliness, but it is difficult to do because of absolute dampness and mold in the bathroom and on the walls of the room. We simply suffocated from mold. Maybe it would be necessary to make an electric hood in the bathroom?

There was only one blanket for 3 persons, but after asking it was provided very quickly. The bed linen had stains. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The location is great, near the train station. The apartment was clean and nice, had small kitchen. The staff is quickly responding to our questions. Overall, good apartment for this price, we spend 4 nights and it was ok.

Hair on dirty mattress. Suspicious people in building drinking alcohol and doing drugs in front of it every night so we were not feeling safe, also the corridor of the building is full of garbage and it stinks. Staff was not very hospitable but in general the french are not hospitable

As mentioned in a review by a previous person the floors were filthy- to the point we kept our footwear on after the first day - this has since be bought to the attention of the agent plus I also gave them the opportunity to raise other issues that I did not want to put in my review but I got no response. Complimentary water! It’s standard in holiday let’s Worldwide but not here. Chipped cups and plates - get rid of them as they are disgusting The information QR code in the back of the door doesn’t work so we had no ideas how to operate the oven or the washing machine- eventually worked out the washing machine, no idea about local services etc but worked those out by ourselves as well The shower plug/drain needs cleaning as the water builds up during the shower so you have to turn it off for a minute or two to let it drain We were booked in for 7 nights so additional washing powder (there was 1) would have been a bonus - travellers don’t travel with this type of stuff plus other items such as oil, paper towel and perhaps plastic wrap would have been great but we ended up having to purchase them but took them with us

The location is awesome, very close to the train station and tram, lots of small grocery shops around if you need anything and lots interesting other shops

Arriving late, it would have been nice to have had bread and milk as a welcome. Only 1 towel each. Floor was dirty.

Location was fantastic. The flat was very small, so know this before you go, however it amenities to cook etc.

If you have the sofa bed pulled out, it’s hard to across the stairs to the other bed.

Cute little apartment. Nice air conditioning. Close to the trams and train station.

We had a problem entering with the instructions. Luckily it was during the day and I could call the agency but if we arrived in the evening it might have been difficult to get inside.

Clean, great location. All the essential supplies were present, though if you wanted to cook, there was no salt or oil so we needed to buy our own large pacakges. The location was easy to reach from the airport and felt secure with all the locks!

Quite noisy street at night, so might not work for everyone if they like to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. We used the aircon, so that helped somewhat to solve the issue.

The apartment is in a good location, very pleasant and clean, but there is a strange smell and the clothes smell of it even after staying in the apartment. The staff was correct except at the end where they asked us to clean the apartment, which is strange for us as guests to do

the stairs leading to bedroom. people should be informed you can’t stand up in room upstairs as extremely low ceiling, even a young child would struggle. Due to low ceiling you are literally sleeping on a mattress on floor.

easy access to the center of Nice. close to tram and train lines. Good security. Easy check in. Had everything you needed.

slight issue when arriving on getting the keys to the property as the safe used wouldn’t open with code given and we had to ask for help from other guests. Some of the facilities didn’t work such as the microwave.

The stove only has an on off function, that makes cooking a little hard. There were small little flies around that told us that something was unclean.

The apartment owner was very communicative and the apartment had a good location.

Size was adequate, we just needed for sleep and breakfast, but its not an apartment you want to spend a lazy afternoon in. And why would you when you're in Nice :)

Very good price for this apartament. It was clean and the location was perfect. Also the communication with the owners was good and they answered my questions fast. Everything was excellent!
