We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI came to Vienne from America as a first timer for the Vienne Jazz Festival. I was not aware that I was not in the town of Vienne and did not realize that I would have to ride a bus for 20 minutes to get to town of Vienne limiting my abilities to return to my hotel between acts. Moreover, the bus stops running at 8pm. The concerts stop at 11pm or midnight. If you don't know this then you are stuck! The owner/manager informed me that the festival provided a bus that would bring me "near" the hotel. Where the festival bus dropped me off was a car park with NO LIGHTS and no directional information!!!. I had no idea where I was and no idea which direction to go to get back to the hotel. Thank GOD for kind hearted people who road the bus with me. They took me to the hotel. The next night I pre-ordered a taxi. I was so nervous that I would miss him I could not enjoy the concert. I DID NOT want a repeat of the previous night. I now know to stay in Lyon.
The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. I liked her energy. She spoke English (but no one else did). It's because of the owner's desire to help is why there are positive ratings mixed with the negative. She and her helpful staff (though they did not speak English) were really kind.

Czech RepublicFor this price, I would have expected something different. The rooms are absolutely basic, lowest standard with rather provisional setup, the staff was speaking only French and was neither helpful nor competent. Never order dinner in this hotel, its microwave food offered at a very high price. The service of the lady at the reception also serving the dinner was not nice. Cannot recommend the hotel, you get much better options in the area like Vienne etc.
There was an air condition which was very helpful. The room and the bath were clean, so is the hotel. Room size OK

FranceThere was NO heating on anywhere in this hotel in the communal areas all radiators were switched off and the heating in the bedroom was just by an air conditioning unit which only just managed to warm the room - no radiators in our superior room. The duvet cover was uncomfortable and the duvet itself was too thin, so we found it difficult to sleep as we felt cold all the time. The staff wore thick clothing and the lady who looked after us wore her outdoor coat fastened all the time she was working in the hotel. (I took a photo to prove it)The breakfast room had no heating at all and after paying 100 euros per night, this was completely unacceptable! We asked if she could clean the room at 2pm instead of the morning due to our schedule and she agreed, however, she did not clean it - and even turned off the air conditioning unit and bathroom heated towel rail so the room was freezing when we returned and took all evening to warm up! There was no bar open, (although you see a bar in the attached photo, it was not open, this was in fact where the lady was serving us breakfast and as you can see she is wearing a think coat as there was no heating in this room, only an air conditioner which was switched off. Also, there was no restaurant as advertised, simply a communal coffee machine for the guests - which was not stocked regularly and guests had to work out how to re stock it themselves, even going to their rooms for water to fill it because the bar/kitchen area was kept locked.
breakfast did not include everything in the pictures, there was no cereal, but what there was we did enjoy. The hotel reception area was tastefully decorated and clean looking. The car parking was good.

SpainThe room is a bit fair for what they charge, I would say is a bit pricy the hotel when compared to others and seen the services you get. Other than that, it's a clean and quite hotel.
The staff who recieved us was very kind and nice, willing to help us at anytime. The man at the reception invite us the next morning to coffe and croissants, a whole detail.
