The room had enough place for two. The bed was really comfy. Generous and tasty breakfast, The recepcionist and waitress were very kind.

There is absolutely nothing else (other than room); no coffee machine in the rooms, no water, no hand creams etc. Just the bed and shower. Toilet is positioned in a weird way. I had to go downstairs each time.

The hotel is quite new and clean.

Not much. All good. As advertised. In the regular rooms, the bathroom and toilet have more stall style doors.

Easy location for passing through. Something in our room wasn't working and they gave us an upgrade. Bed was comfortable and everything was modern and clean. Nice bar/restaurant.

The hotel in general fulfill my needs as I was in Lyon to attend a training course. I wouldn't recommend it for families. But it would be great for solo travelers or couples. Location was fine with me but it may not be convenient for other as it a bit far from downtown and not a walking distance but alternative are available such as tram. There is a really nice nearby shopping mall around 7 min walking les confluence. Hotel staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was limited but fine. Karleto restaurant was amazing (specially for Dinner) Free wifi / 24 hrs front desk clean rooms.

Breakfast was expensive and quality quite low. We had to wait 25min for bread and pastries to be available. When they reach, the bread was still frozen inside. Omelet was available for an additional 5 euros. Compared to other hotel in Lyon and the price of 16 euros per person, we were expecting a much better service.

Hotel is very nice, well decorated and confortable. Location is great and staffs is very helpful.

The extra mattress , on the floor, was not comfortable or warm. Maybe it would be better on summer time.

i am very happy with the staying, they are friendly and helpful, umber from train station to here 20 euro only, also can walk to aquarium directly. the hotel have very cozy balcony, can seat in there enjoy wine and watch the train.

Bed was made with a fitted sheet stained by bodily fluids turned inside out to hide it. Disgusted to learn we'd laid on it for an hour before realizing that. Staff took 20 minutes to bring another set of sheets to the room, and tried to hand them off for us to replace ourselves. Bathroom floor incredibly sticky? Walls are very thin, and the hotel is around the corner of a club - drunk people walking and driving around all night. Found our car in the morning with swastikas drawn in the dust on it.

Do your due-diligence about the area. Very millennial/hipster-foward for as much as is walkable. It's not my thing, but if you're into it could be a pro for you. Nowhere pleasant and simple to get a beer or coffee

The bed was so uncomfortable! Two singles joined together so we rolled into the middle and both had back ache in the morning. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No fridge.

The rooms felt cheap and hostelly and not very clean. There was an unfortunate smell of drains right outside our window making the balcony unusable. Although the view of the railway lines was not really tempting us to sit out.

The rooms were too small for a double bedroom, no storage for a couple , we were living out of our suitcases , cleaning was erratic , sometimes they did it snd got 2 days out of 6 they didn’t! Sometimes the towels were there and at other times not !
