All of the hotels are not easy to get to from the airport shuttle, but that’s not really the fault of this place. The service at the bar was really offhand and the drinks were outrageously expensive.

The room was clean and well equipped. Had dinner from the room service menu, which is what you’d expect to pay at an airport hotel, but the burger was excellent.

There are two Mercure locations within a 5 minute distance of each other. We did not know this and got directed to the wrong site. No instructions in room about where the pool is or how to get ice. We had to bring a bag to the bartended and he was less than friendly about the arrangement with my husband. I was quoted 187 euros and paid over 200 when I checked in and was told it was an Olympic tax. I was too tired to argue at that point and just paid. Our toilet was clogged almost immediately when we got there but again we were at the end of the trip and didn't want to deal with it so we just ignored it.

Clean, easy to access the airport, the pool was lovely for our 3 kids at the end of a long week of traveling. No breakfast included a small pastry or something would have been ideal before leaving for the airport. Small trash bins in the room were left heaping over by us after a week of traveling and organizing we had a lot of trash to get rid of. Easy checkout. Great view of the planes taking off, landing and taxiing that my kids loved.

Check in was slow, the guy was trying to do other things and made the customer stood there. I was there for a conference and walked into the conference area the day before to find my bearings but was chased out by another staff who was rude. Food selection was also average.

Checking out was easy. Some of the staff are friendly and the guy clearing the plates, cups etc were friendly to bring us more water despite it was after our event.

Management wasn’t helpful at all As influencer I was there but courtesy was provided that was disappointing during my trip No shampoo or conditioner in the room.

The bar area was often unattended. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby area and in the hallway of our floor.

The location with good connection to the airport with the airport tram system. The room was comfortable and quiet. We never heard planes even though we were located very close to the airport. Staff at check in were very pleasant and helpful.

It's a very good hotel, although meals (breakfast and dinner) are expensive.

The hotel is very well located, close to the CDG terminals. The room is spacious with a large, very comfortable bed. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer simple but good quality dishes.

Much too expensive in light of the poor quality of hospitality and bedding. Check in with a highly disinterested and inattentive front desk employee was much too slow. Bed base rocked up and down when sitting on the edge of the bed (I only weigh 53kg). Pillows consisted of a very(!) low end bag of uneven Hollofill fluff. Linens were mediocre and bed sheet not fitted to the mattress. Most guests stay at an airport hotel in order to get some proper sleep. It's not a resort hotel, so quality bedding should be a higher priority.

Good facilities overall, clean and bright. The coffee and buffet breakfast with freshly cut fruit and wide range of food options was excellent. Check out was smooth and efficient.

Safe was broken, but replaced after we notify staff. As senior couple we decide to take taxi to terminal 2B. Hotel told us price about 25 euro. Driver charged 38 euro. Rip off.

Location is good, you can take shuttle to terminal. Challenging for older couple. Buffer dinner was good for reasonable price. Comfortable bed. No airport noise

The staff has difficulties with English and not well informed about hotel facilities ( misinformed us about local time and room features) but at the end we managed with the help of a restaurant manager.

The fact that th he socket in the hotel rooms was just the euro sockets,I hate it. They are supposed to consider the people coming from the other countries like England, I had to buy a new charger that night 😡

It was not quite as close to the airport as I had hoped (although tbh it was very close!!) I just thought it would be closer without quite so much walking.

It had spacious family room where 4 of us could rest as we needed the room for just 6 hours before the flight. They do day use rooms if you need for few hours but since we didnt know we had booked a full day. They also have a heated pool. There is a free airport train 5 mins walk away from the property.

The restaurant for dinner was a buffet style which was not expected for a hotel of that standard. Did not enjoy it at all..

Location for catching plane home early next day. Hotel and room facilities were very good.
