So stingy for late check out, even 2 hrs, asked for 20 Euros, room cleaning is half ass, some days got clean towels, no towels, no face towels and hand towels, never all 3.

Rooms are super small, so coffee and tea are available all day, including water and soda water.

Location is a little out of the way near the train station so you are a 20 minute walk into the old town and 15 minutes from the sea. Walls are not well insulated / thin so can hear people talking in the next door room.

Very comfortable stay and lovely staff. Comfy bed. Cakes in the afternoon are provided in the reception area.

Bed was enormous, fridge was a nice touch and everything clean and smart. Breakfast not cheap (15E) but good, typically French selection including fresh pastries and the breakfast room is nice and smart. Free tea / coffee during the day and I'd say this is a very good hotel for the price we paid. If travelling by train its perfect as it is just a five minute walk

Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were incredibly friendly! Special thank you to the lovely receptionist working on 14.04 who kindly let us shower after a day at the beach before our flight. We were incredibly appreciative and will definitely return!

Scrambled or fried eggs every day + bacon every day!

Booked a superiorroom and it was cozy and space enough. Location not the best if you will be close to the restaurants, Old Nice, the promenade.. Breakfast was okay...especially when they had scrambled eggs and bacon:)

Found the room a little hot on some nights but we were able to open the balcony door for some breeze.

Facilities were amazing, super comfortable rooms and so many extra little kindnesses (like a range of snacks being available in the afternoon, coffee machine, beautiful balcony, wonderful staff) also great location! The street feels nice and quiet but old nice is within a 30 min walk and lots of nice places to eat/see within 15 min walk away.

Actually, I liked everything, a little worn walls here and there, but a fantastic style small hotel. Perhaps I would say one thing: the walls separating the rooms are thin.

Close to everything on foot, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, nice staff! You can drink and eat coffee, mineral water, and fruit at the reception all day. You do not have to pay ! We loved it! Thank You !

The furniture of the room is lovely and stylish though a coat hanger would be a nice to have.

The room was very clean and fresh, equipped with the necessary tools for a short stay. The coffee and water in the lobby is a nice gesture that makes the guests feel welcome.
