We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NorwayI would highly recommend this apartment! We stayed for a few days and it has been one of our best renting experiences. The owner gave us a detailed information about the apartment and handover beforehand and was always available if we had questions. When we arrived, the place was properly cleaned and prepared for our arrival. The apartment is very modern and we had everything we needed for our stay. Aircondition was working very well and there were also extra fans. TV was easy to use & Internet was very fast. The apartment has all the appliances we needed and a nice outdoor area. Out last day there we had 8 hours between check out and when out plain left. The owners were so kind they let us store our luggage so we didn’t need to walk around with it for the rest of the day before heading to the airport. All in all a great stay and would absolutely recommend!

Place is right next to tram station. host gave very explicit directions on how to get in and kept in contact by Whatsup which was great. Very comfy place, loved that the kitchen had cookies, coffee and tea and much more - which was a welcome bonus, Thank you David - you are a gem.

PolandPerfect location, beautiful and clean apartament with extensive equipment, friendly and helpful host! Easy way to get in, full instructions included also a video how to get the key and how to open the doors. Nice and easy going host who is responding very quickly. You can also find towels and basically all the bathroom/kitchen/daily use accessories, as well snacks and coffee on site :) Definetly recommend this place!

United KingdomMagnifique apartment is in fantastic location, 150m from pebble beach, 40m from tram – trams run every few minutes, 2 stops to centre of Nice. Apartment is comfortably furnished, very well equipped and super clean. Here you feel right at home. My son and myself had a great stay when we visited Nice for the Rugby world cup, would thoroughly recommend Magnifique apartment. David and Severine were great hosts and communication with them was very good.

The property was very clean includes a double bed twin room & double sofa bed which was v comfortable. Great large shower with a tiled bench (great for having young kids in after the beach) Apt in a great location. Boulangerie across the road, small supermarket on the corner. Around the corner from Promenade de Anglais fantastic location. V safe. Good communication with the owners on WhatsApp

The location was perfect, literally on the beach and the tram stop is so close so you are able to move easily within the city and the neighbouring towns! Fantastic hosts that were very accommodative to anything we were requiring during our trip even providing us with recommendations for restaurants which we utilised throughout our stay! The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is a real home away from home - we especially loved the private outdoor terrace. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nice! Could not have been happier with our stay!

Nice apartment. Well appointed. Clean, tasteful and modern. Comfy beds, great shower, wifi and Netflix - everything i need... 😁 Secure and quiet. Very handy for tram to get into town and to/from airport. Lovely modern boulangerie/patisserie opposite for croissants and cakes. Nice supermaket (Carrefour City) 100m away for everything else. Friendly, helpful owner, with some great restaurant suggestions.

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

Perfect apartment with perfect location. Just around the corner from beach, surrounded by beautiful shops, bakery’s and restaurants! hosts was amazing so helpful and friendly, we can’t wait to come back already! Definitely recommending to friends and family. Also so handy having the tram line right out side of apartment. The apartment is gated so no noise from the road, we felt really safe. Couldn’t recommend enough. I have fallen in love with Nice!❤️
