Booked for 4, but had to make up bed for 2 from the pull out lounge. 4 flights of stairs and no elevator.

Location was great. Room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Fans were only so-so with relation to cooling the room.

Everything was great but the frying pans coating were coming off so we were hesitant to use them.

Nespresso coffee was great, best location, the interior was very pretty, host was very welcoming thank you!

The stairs weren’t easy taking our luggage up but I would never let that stop me returning or recommending it. We got used to them!!

We loved this apartment. It was spacious enough to feel comfortable and it made a perfect base for our six night stay. It had everything we needed to cook ourselves if we wanted to and so close to all the amazing restaurants just out our front door. Communication with the host Christelle couldn’t have been better.

Marvellous stylish apartment in a fantastic location, in a top comercial street in the old town, close to the canal and the train station. Very spacious for two people, thoughtful details, complementary tea and coffee and amazing decoration.

As many reviewers have pointed out and just as an information for potential bookers: The apt. is on the 4th floor w/o elevator. (No problem for us.) Footsteps of neighbour(s) above could be heard rather distinctly. (Bothered us a bit the 1st night; otherwise the building was quiet.)

Newly renovated, very tastefully decorated apartment, equipped with everything needed, appliances uncomplicated to handle. The location is very good; the host Christelle was considerate and friendly.

The apartement is a true gem! Immaculately clean, calm and beautiful. The sun from the windows on two sides lights up the living room and my favorite activity was enjoying at the same time the view of the rooftops around and the busy life on the streets as well as the tranquility of the apartment.

The property is out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but a few minutes away from great walking area. It is well laid out, and has all the basics one would need for a city stay.

I had the most satisfying stay at the Cocoon. The apartment is located in a historic building that has a charming old staircase and wonderful views to the rooftops and streets of Strasbourg. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. I enjoyed the authentic elements that had been preserved (the beams, wooden floor) that add extra character to the apartment.

The shower because it's leaking. Can't even enjoy the rainshower 😭 Also, bed too soft. Sofa bed was better! otherwise, it was perfect.

Location: the apartment is in the heart of Strasbourg, at walking distance from any attraction. Still, it is in an area which is relatively quiet at night. The perfect combination of action and comfortable rest. Apartment: we loved the apartment from the very moment we walked into it. A fantastic mix of traditional elements and modern furniture. The kitchen is brand new and equipped with anything you may need. The bathroom is a bit small, but the shower is very wide. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing you need to know is that there is no wall separating the living room from the bedroom (only a structure of beautiful old wooden poles), which makes the solution perfect for a couple or a family with kids, a bit less for other groups. View: from the windows you have a very nice view on the roofs of the old part of Strasbourg, including the roof of the historical church of St. Peter the Old. An additional touch of romanticism. Price: value for money is very good. We stayed in the flat during the All Saints festivity, and prices in Strasbourg were very high. We found the cost of this flat absolutely right for the time. This flat is worth the money we paid, and probably more. A little warning: the flat is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator .... Just in case this is a problem for you, otherwise you can take it as an healthy exercise after dining in the city :-)
