The property wasn’t cleaned very well. The bedding & towels were clean but everything else was quite dirty (cutlery, plates, walls, surfaces etc,). The bedroom ceiling had squashed mosquitoes with blood streaks (from squashed mosquitoes) above the bed.

A great size and location. Has everything you need for a short stay.

We requested one additional bathroom towel as the toilet was in a separate room from the main bathroom. Also a kitchen towel would have been appreciated. They were not provided unfortunately. I think it’s important to agree on such small requests to make our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing that cannot be fixed I hope.

Location was amazing! The area was well served by the local transportation. Few steps away from Louvre and less than 10 minutes to Opera. The apartment was clean and had all appliances. Sofa bed was comfortable. My 8 year old daughter wished she could stay in the apartment for the whole time! Lots of bistros, bars, cafes and restaurants in the area and also a McDonald’s around the corner for the kids. Very quiet and elegant area.

Air conditioning would have been nice. A fan was available, but aircon on the hot days/nights would certainly have been a bonus. We knew however that there was no aircon at the time of booking, so it doesn't change our rating.

The apartment is well situated, a short walk to the Louvre with restaurants, bakery and grocery store nearby. The apartment was of a good size, very comfortable and suitable for our family of four. Couldn't hear the neighbours at all, and once the windows were closed, we couldn't hear the outside street noises either. The washer/dryer and kitchen were very handy too.

Locking the door was a bit difficult using the app. We got it down by the end of our stay. You have to lift the handle all the way up so the door fits inside the frame / hinges and then lock it using the app. Not sure how easy this would be for the less tech savvy. Also there are several old and narrow stairwells to get to the apartment. We had small luggage for a 2 night stay but would be difficult for people to access if they had larger luggage or limited mobility. No lift to my knowledge. Also the pillows were very flat. The bed was also soft but we were very exhausted we slept just fine.

One bedroom apartment with pull out couch. Large walk in shower was wonderful attached to bedroom. No toilet in that bathroom, the toilet was down the hall by the main entrance. Perfect little apartment with fully loaded kitchen and washing machine. Smart tv and window overlooking the Parisian street.

Kitchen needed a tea towel. It would be nice if some channels were available on the TV rather than needing a subscription.

The toilets and the bathroom floors were definitely not cleaned. The joints of the shower are completely orange (from dirt = shampoo foam that you easily remove by properly cleaning after every guest), the floor of the shower did foam, indicating that there was still some soap or shampoo on the floor. Toilets door was broken. There was a recurring cigaret smell in the toilets (probably coming from the air co). No possibility to turn on the heating and it was cold in the evening in the flat. The night was to the contrary extremely warm. No clue who masters the temperature. I asked for help within the opening times but got no reply (only the next morning). And I really didn’t like the fact that they asked me to send a picture of my face next to my ID with my name visible. This kind of requests should be forbidden and booking.com should protect us from that. They asked me about it when I had already paid, and just before my arrival time, saying this was a condition to give me the code for opening the door. Unacceptable.

Location is nice and it’s very quiet. It’s also pretty well equiped.

We could have used a few hand towels for the WC and bathroom, there were only bath towels and one dish towel. Not much space for eating in (at the counter - ok for 2 people).

Perfect central location for exploring Paris, either on foot or by metro. The apartment is nicely appointed, and is quite roomy by Paris standards. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since the building is mostly surrounded by shops, it was quiet at night. Lots of restaurants nearby.

    1. You need to have data ready in order to download the 'door lock app' onto your phone, else you cannot unlock the door. 2. My unit was on the second floor without lift, i.e level 0, 1, 2. I have mentally prepared for this before arriving as I have 4 big 26 inches luggage. I was surprising pleasant to learn that climbing up to the unit was not as challenge as initial thought due to the design of the staircase. It involved small steps, straight corridor and small steps. However the apartment is convenient for visitors using wheelchair or unable to carry heavy bag up the stair.

Located next to Louvre, location is excellent. The apartment was fully equipped and the layout is similar to the photo. Host was helpful and informative in providing direction to the unit and the method to gain entrance into the apartment. There are a few grocery stores within walking distance.

The way to access the unit was a little bit annoying but understand that it was more safe than using access card or key. It would be good if there is an instruction how to dispose waste.

The flat was stationed in the perfect location and easy to access anywhere in Paris. Though it was at the very centre of Paris, we were not bothered by any noise at all during our stay. Things were well arranged in the flat including furniture, kitchen utensils etc except towels (only 2 big towels were prepared) while hot water and radiator run well. Host was very responsive and all the information and instruction were clear and straightforward. I would highly recommend this place :)

when i looked for booking I was trying to find a place with 2 bathrooms for 2 toilets, even thought this location is marked with 2 bathrooms you have only 1 toilet so this might be a problem if you are more than 3-4 people. there is an old building and the accessibility to the apartment is a little bit complicated with a lot of stairs and complicated one's for a person with some issues in mobility there is no air conditioning so if you come in summer it might be very hot there some mosquitos killed on the walls

The location is very very close to Louvre, you have a lot of restaurants very close to the location, We have received full information regarding how to enter the building which was great to have, the sofa from the living room was great, however the one from the bedroom not that great but here depends on how you are used to sleep... great TV, full kitchen equipped and you have also washing machine for laundries, big shower and clear in that area, the overall cleanliness was done properly the radiator worked fine and was warm enough in nights

Bed was very soft so we woke up with sore backs everyday. Despite getting help from the City Manager, we couldn’t get any TV channels - they all came up as unavailable - and there were no English ones anyway. It was very hot and stuffy despite a couple of fans.

It felt like someone needs to do more than a superficial cleaning. It need to have the corners scrubbed and cleaned. The plates, silver ware and cups are missing one or more of each. There are a number of door handles, knobs, locks that need someone to tighten with screw driver and put some oil on.

Perfect location. Old building. A bit smelly and full of mosquitos. Ikea furniture is not in top condition, good home applliance and complete. A bit difficult access to the floor. Very good internet and tv. It was a good experience, and we will use it again as a host.

Since we are in our 70’s we wanted to book an apartment on a low level since there was no elevator. Knowing that ground level in France is 0, when asked what floor apartment was located, was informed apartment on 1st floor ( there were apartments in this building on 1st floor). However, our rental apartment was on the 2nd floor. Stairs very difficult to navigate with luggage. Also had to use extra caution and turn on lights when just going up and down. This was because of wear and unevenness on the 2 upper sets of stairs leading to apartment; one of the sets of these stairs was in a spiral fashion (tweaked my knee). Minor concerns …No instructions for washer/ dryer combo or dishwasher. Not enough towels. 1 towel for kitchen and 1 cloth to wash dishes; no towel for toilet room. 2 bath towels in shower room and initially one bath mat ( no bathmat after they came to refresh apartment, but did leave a hand towel for toilet ). No comfortable chair in living area for relaxing only a folding chair.

Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable bed & couch. 2 barstools for kitchen counter. Property managers replied to needs.

Great location, we were able to walk to pretty much everything (took a transit bus to Eiffel Tower, it was a bit far but still walkable if you are big on walking. Excellent restaurants, stores and sites within short walking distance. Room had a sofa bed which was perfect for our daughter and still room to move around. The commode with sink is a separate room from the bath and sink which was nice for a party of 3.

Need an app to open and close the entrance door. If phone is out of battery or has no network, it’s a real problem! Both the entrance door and the bedroom door don’t close well, they require quite an effort (the bedroom door makes also a strange noise). Check in is at 3 pm but at 11 am sharp you need to be out of the apartment. The price is very high for what is offered.

Good location, quite and clean apartment. The manager was nice and allowed us to keep the luggage in the apartment until 2 pm.
