Parking is actually not at the hotel but in the nearby parking lot however it was free which was great but maybe in the more busy season it may not be free.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Cozy restaurant and wonderful choices from the buffet. It was also very quiet and absolutely enough value for the money. The room was also very cozy and functional. Everything we needed for a short getaway.

There is no lift but because we were aware prior to booking we were more than happy to walk the stairs.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to my lack of French speaking ability. The hotel was cosy, calm and comfortable. The room was very clean and although it was on the smaller side it was plenty big enough for 2 large suit cases and carry on luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

Perhaps if you have limited mobility it would be tricky as there is no lift. We liked the extra walking!

The building was very attractive and bang in the middle of the action. The balcony I the family room was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. You can park at the ‘centre ville’ multi-storey opposite for free in the Summer. If you go to the top floor (floor 3) there’s a short cut across to the hotel that takes about one to two minutes tops. Very convenient! What we liked most was how relaxed the hotel felt and the staff were friendly and laid back. The beds were large and the blackout blinds were perfect. I had a nicer night sleep than in my own bed. We didn’t have breakfast as we don’t eat much in the morning, but it is available. There is also a supermarket a short 5 min away if you need just a snack. We did however eat in the hotel restaurant at night as its ambience was lovely and as good as any in the square. My husband had a tartiflette and totally loved it and my kids had a delicious burger. I had a burrata salad which was frozen and not enjoyable for me at all, but perhaps that’s how it was supposed to be served. The other food was perfect enough for me to assume it was a regional way of having this type of salad, rather than an error as the side salads were standard temperature!!! Again, the waiters/staff were all super relaxed and despite my food not being my tastes, I still think it’s a great restaurant.

No air-conditioning but obviously it's something that hotels didn't need so much before. Now with climate changes it's something we appreciate.

The room was comfortable and set away from the road. Within seconds from all shops, bars etc. Although we didn't use them, the hotel restaurant/bar looked very cosy (great when the weather is cold outside).

Another example of superb staff who understand customer service. The hotel itself is in a good central location and is well appointed with the highlight being the restaurant. The breakfast has a wide choice of options and is self service. In the evening the food is excellent and the local specialities are well catered for, (keep away if you are not a fan of cheese). There are plenty of other options too. The rooms are comfortable and just about right.

There isn't very good soundproofing and we could hear the conversations going on in the rooms on both sides of us. The bathroom was a bit narrow.

The location in the centre of La Clusaz is excellent. Off season, parking was free and close to the hotel. The staff were a delight, very helpful and friendly. The view was good and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms were almost too warm and difficult to turn down. However we didn't ask staff and I'm sure they would have been happy to have helped.

Room was small, some difficulty opening wardrobe doors in the space, very small bathroom, (toilet seat didn't stay up). Couldn't turn heater on in room but bathroom heater was enough for us. Boot room a bit damp only 1 small bench outside for people to change boots but we managed.

Noise from other rooms could be heard but was never a problem. No elevator and stairs to entry of the property was harder with a pushchair but had been clearly outlined before stay.

Great breakfast, great location as easily walkable to both main chairlifts and near the village tour bus stop. Great value for money, friendly staff and quick to respond to communication before stay.

The shower start to make weird noises from time to time it looks there is some issue with the sealing or water pressure thankfully this did not happen in the night otherwise it would wake us up.

Good price and nice hotel and the facilities in it. Very kind staff i can only recommend as we have chosen the cheapest room the experience was not the best but for the money it was definitely enough.
