We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesVery nice hotel with an outstanding restaurant. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and David, the hoberguer, was great! Our room was large and comfortable, with a view overlooking the garden. Our dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was well prepared and delicious with a wonderful assortment of local vegetables, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruits and cheeses.

the room was large and lovely but the view was mostly onto a nearly-adjacent wall. The garden was lovely; we perhaps should have requested a garden room. Dinner was very good, moderately-priced.

United KingdomNo hairdryer in our room but I was able to use the one in the pool bathroom area. There is limited parking outside.
We loved this slightly quirky hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our room was on the second floor accessible by a lift and a small flight of stairs. The room was not large but the bed was very comfortable, with good pillows! The shower was over the bath - always tricky not to soak the floor! No a/c but we were aware of this when we booked. There were a few different areas to sit - our favourite was the inner courtyard as it was the coolest, but there is a very pretty little garden and two lounges. The food in the restaurant was to a high standard, nicely presented and delicious. Breakfast was again self service with a nice selection of food on offer.

FranceWe invested in a luxury room and were looking forward to our stay in the hotel inlcuding the advertised excellent breakfast and an enjoyable evening meal. When we arrived, however, we were told we couldn't book a table in the restaurant that evening. Very, very disappointing! Why hadn't the hotel asked us if we wanted a table in the restaurant when we booked. We were told rain was forecast for the evening, which meant that the outside part of the restaurant would not open that evening. It did not rain that evening, and it was obvious that with only two front-of-house staff in the restaurant, the real reason bookings were unavailable was because it was understaffed. The breakfast didn't live up to expectations either unfortunately.
Very nice hotel, and the luxury room we booked was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, but (in my opinion) mislead us!

United StatesI believe the hotel is very short on staff and perhaps funds. Every question was met with basically, "do it yourself", including breakfast. Three people trying to cover everything, "do-it-yourself" coffee, breakfast, etc.
After a bit of a struggle, we were shown a lovely, spacious room, which we enjoyed. The first and second we were shown were tiny and dark, and the staff person seemed reluctant to show us more.

FranceWe booked a deluxe double room 24sqm, but got a 15 to 18 sqm poky double room. The manager (nice) did later offer a bigger delux room. We decided to stay and to the managers credit she gave us 2 free breakfast. The dinner was poor my beef too tough to eat and my wife a precooked and dry chicken.

Bedroom very small, only 1 bedside lamp. Room very warm, no air conditioning. Restaurant expensive and food not very good.
