You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe property could do with some significant re decoration. There were filler marks on the walls which need to be repainted and lots of scuffs on the paintwork. The kitchen was well equipped but the small hob was tricky to cook for four. The narrow staircase typical of French apartments could be tricky for some.
Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Seconds away from the high street shops and minutes from the main square.

United KingdomNarrow tricky stairs up to the apartment. No handrail on stairs when entering the building. Difficulties carrying luggage and balancing. Nice apartment but could hear all the comings and goings of other residents. Noisy electrical box at night just outside bedroom door. No drawers for clothes in either bedroom. Sliding doors on wardrobe didn't work so couldn't use wardrobe, therefore nowhere to hang anything in the entire apartment. Not even coat hooks. That issue had been raised in a review back in October but still not fixed. One bath towel each but no hand towels at all. Dusty skirting boards and some basic maintenance required to bring it up to scratch. TV not the easiest to work, despite the instructions, Operating handle in shower is easily nudged when turning round, resulting in either a blast of freezing cold water or even worse, scalding hot water. Please attend to this before there is an accident.
Loved the location. The apartment had most things we needed. Keeping up to date with maintenance and repairs would get this apartment a 10/10!

NetherlandsSome points that could be improved: the double bed is small and has an enormous dent in the middle, so only share it with someone with whom you're comfortable sleeping against :-). Several things were broken or missing (bathroom mirror light has no fixture, one of the bulbs in the double bedroom is broken, no spare bulbs available, none of the 3 sliding wardrobe doors are in their tracks so it's almost impossible to use them) and we washed all of the cups and glasses not because they were dirty but they were placed on a sticky shelf...
The location is really excellent. Also having two bedrooms and a living space is very nice. Decoration was fine, all necessary amenities available. Checkin went very smoothly. Also several things such as coffee, tea and cleaning materials were provided, very nice. And again: location is unbeatable.

Collected our own breakfast from nearby boulangerie. Shopping close and all restaurants close too. We felt safe as we were up a floor, great view of the church and the street. Friendly feel of the neighbourhood!
