As the property is old there is no air con so the rooms are very hot during peak season- you get a small fan which does not circulate much air. Was told we would get toiletries but nothing other than soap provided and would have liked an iron. Reception is not open for parts of the day and they do not let you keep a tab and chase you round the hotel for money for drinks and city tax. Having said that staff are friendly and helpful.

The building is a bit tired and old fashioned but had charm Our room did not have aircon which was an issue as we were having a heatwave The information sheet was only in German or French we needed English Reception spoke good English though

I loved it had a pool and a restaurant and easy parking It was good positioning to explore the Ports etc Walk to town if you preferred The restaurant manager Mauricio was wonderful Made our experience greatly Room was very spacious

I liked the welcome drinks. The location, the man at the reception. Breakfast was nice. The fact that the parking was included. I liked the building and the balcony in my room. I liked also the garden

No aircon in the rooms made sleeping uncomfortable as unfortunately there was a heat wave in Europe during our stay. The reception staff was extremely helpful and kindly supplied another fan.

Great old chateau with lovely gardens. Reception staff was very helpful and room was very large with a great bathroom and good views. Restaurant food was very good and well priced compared with the town restaurants. Good breakfast choices and lovely setting for meals and an evening drink.

The breakfast was average. A bowl of cold eggs and cold pancakes were laid out each morning. Right out of the refrigerator. The cheeses and bread were good and the coffee was great.

The property is really beautiful on the sea and a walking a close distance to the town of St. Maxime.

Very expensive for the service provided, simple requests such requesting and iron were denied. Breakfast wasn’t great, very basic, beds weren’t comfortable and the provision of a small fan in the room doesn’t make up for the fact that there’s no A/C

I didn’t realize the pool is a 5 min walk seperate from the hotel servicing the entire complex which includes vacation apartments. But we came for the sea so it didn’t matter much.

It’s a unique oasis.. beautiful historic chalet on gorgeous garden grounds, with beautiful views on a small hilltop. Tranquil setting just a stone’s throw from the town centre. Lovely staff especially waitressses at the restaurant. The included breakfast has an excellent selection! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything. Fantastic place. Huge comfortable room. Location 5-7 minute walk to restaurants and waterfront. 8 minute walk to St Tropez ferry. Klaus was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and grounds

tiny elevator that cannot accommodate more than 1 person. no help with suitcases. no phone in the room no room service no AC needs some repairs refrigerator wasn’t working

located within park only a steeps away from a very busy center of the town. Quiet large size of the room and the bathroom,both with the 2 large windows. parking within the property cleanliness excellent staff good free breakfast excellent food in the restaurant (had lunch there as well)
