Location is very convenient. Staff very friendly. We were there six years before ans it’s still a good place to go. A nice way to duscover Sarlat old Town.

The staff wasn’t very helpful. Laurie was helpful and friendly but the man at night and on Saturday am was not. I needed a taxi to and from the train station which are not easy to get. Laurie reserved one back to train station but he was late snd the man wouldn’t call him. I ended up walking 25 minutes with luggage making the train with only 4 minutes to spare. Hotel or Booking.com should state that taxis must be booked in advance and may not show up

Breakfast somewhat limited, albeit adequate. Bread on our second day wasn't fresh, although fresh bread was delivered as we finished breakfast, so maybe a bread delivery was late.

Location, nice room for a 3 star hotel, many 4 star hotels are not as comfortable. Nice staff, great location beside the old town. Parking was arranged nearby in a good, secure parking lot.

We had a room at the front that looked out onto the street. Although lovely to look at, it was noisy during the night, so we could not leave the window open.

This hotel is very well located, at the edge of the old city. There was street parking out the front for our car, several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and boulangeries within a 2 minute walk. The room was very spacious and lovely, bathroom was huge and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and Patrick very kindly booked a restaurant for dinner for us. Could not have asked for anything more.

Very little storage or hanging space in the room. Hairdryer had apparently been stolen by previous guest, however the staff kindly located one for me.

Great location, close to the centre of town. We even found some free parking nearby which is unusual for Sarlat. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store baggage for a few hours after we checked out. The beds were really comfortable and the room had a blackout curtain so it was nice and dark for sleeping.

There was a very busy market in front of the hotel the day we arrived. It made it difficult to access the hotel to check in and get our private parking information so we could park. Would have appreciated the parking location and access code the day ahead as it put us in an awkward situation to begin our stay.

Boutique hotel with great location in center of Sarlat. Restaurants, shops, and old town nearby. Room was clean and cosy. Good staff.

Locating in the center, nice and clean independent/ boutique hotel. Very very nice and friendly staff. Not large breakfast so good for avoiding waste and enough to get your boost of energy in the morning. Plus the window time to get the breakfast is large so you can enjoy your bed a bit longer.

unfortunately you hear everything and everyone going up and down the corridor to their rooms - appreciate it’s the type of building with narrow corridors and small rooms and can’t really be helped. Other guests where overall decent and not deliberately noisy.

We noticed a strong smell of tobacco smoke in the room - obviously the last guest had smoked even though I am sure it would have been a non-smoking room.

Delightful hotel in the middle of Sarlat - Staff were very helpful and the hotel is perfectly placed for the town.

Location in Sarlat is great! Very funky hotel with nice smelling shampoo! Room was not big but not a problem for us. Clean and airco worked very well (good because it was so hot out!). Breakfast was nice. We found free public parking not too far away - about five min walk which is fine if not much luggage. Would stay again!

, rooms small, plus step between bedroom and bathroom which is a trip hazard. Real issue with parking. They say there's parking, they don't say it's 3-400m away and up a couple of steep hills.

Location, facilities, despite private parking was not available it was easy to find a parking spot not far from the hotel.

There is public parking near the hotel, but it is not close enough for those with heavy luggage. The hotel parking was full, during my stay.

Location is great, close to shops and many restaurants. The room bathroom was fantastic, even though, overall, the room is a bit small. Breakfast was ok.
