Nothing to dislike about the hotel, we loved it. Parking was sometimes a little tricky but we always managed to find a non paying spot nearby. I would advise other travellers to take small cases for ease of carrying up the staircase.

Gorgeously decorated hotel, excellent location. Very helpful proprietor always happy to give recommendations. Huge bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We were very happy!

Stairs up to the rooms a little challenging for us old folks, no elevator. Ideally, would have a garden or patio where we could have hung out, but plenty of that in the town 90 seconds away.

Our host, Jeff, was attentive and pleasant, quickly orienting us to the use of the facility and the best ways to experience the town. Biggest bedroom and bathroom of the five places we stayed in France.

This wonderful property has been lovingly restored to its charming beauty. There are only 8 rooms and each one is quite large and very individual. The emphasis here is elegant and uncluttered. Jeff is a great host who is helpful and fun to get know. Breakfast is, again, simple but oh so good with fresh and good quality products. The location in Sarlat is perfect and free parking is available nearby. A great B+B.

The property is perfectly located in Sarlat . Close to everything and if are driving is just close to free parking spots The owner of the property is very gentle and is always trying to make us feel at home ( and he really was successful on that !)

I can't think of anything we didn't like or would want to change.

Jeff was a welcoming and attentive host for our 3 day stay. Our room had a lovely view of a town garden and was sunny, large and recently renovated with a very comfy bed. There was a large selection of breakfast food including eggs, yogurt, various pastries and breads, cheese and meats, delicious coffee and teas. The location of the hotel is great for a home base for exploring the Dordonge Region and St. Emillion is a beautiful town to walk.

As with all hotels in Sarlat, parking is always a problem! We parked a bit out of town and wheeled our case to the hotel.

Beautiful character property in an excellent position facing a pretty garden with fountain. It looks exactly as the photos suggest. Spotlessly clean, quality bed linen and towels. Jeffrey was a knowledgeable and charismatic host and we had some very interesting conversations with him during our three day stay.

The host was SO nice and so accommodating. He had good advice and was easy to talk to. The hotel was lovely...we stayed in 2 different rooms since we added on an extra night. Both rooms were amazing! I would go back there again in a heartbeat!

Our whole stay was wonderful. Our host was incredibly helpful and gave us 2 excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfasts were fresh, varied and more than adequate.

beds were a bit soft for my taste but once I got used to it I was comfortable. there was a coffee station but when I tried to get some there were no cups! A very minor quibble.

Lovely hotel just on the edge of the historic centre of Sarlat. Beautifully restored and full of character. Amazingly spacious room with antique furniture. Everything about it was tastefully executed. And a really scrumptious breakfast. Would definitely recommend to friends. Very knowledgeable host who gave som wonderful recommendations of villages to visit.
