The breakfast selection was limited for the price. Car parking was not in close proximity, being 250 metres or so from the hotel. The hotel is expensive for what is essentially a fairly basic facility. The shower arrangement over the bath is awkward, and difficult to prevent water spray from the shower head wetting the floor.

Our room had a private balcony, which was a bonus. The room size was generous and the staff helpful and obliging.....but with varying degrees of English communication skills. Excellent sound-proofing, as there was a music festival occurring all around the hotel area, and we hardly heard any noise.

My last night there was no hot water so I couldn't take a hot shower. The water was fixed by the morning.

I stayed there twice and was very pleased. Fine room. Nice breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff! Great value.

The stairs upto the 3rd floor as the corridor wasn’t well lit

The elevator goes only to the 2nd floor (which is already not bad for such an old building), but if you need to carry your bags further up, this is an extra effort.

It's a pretty cool hotel in the former church. If you stay in the room facing the yard, it's very quiet. Breakfast was really delicious.

Tiredness of the room, air conditioning did not work

The room was quite dark as it faced into an internal courtyard.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the centre of the old town. The reception and lobby area was very attractive and impressive and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the facilities in the room were good and it was very quiet and peaceful despite being in the centre.

The overwhelming smell of fragrance when you walk in . For me it was too much gave me a headache. Shower screen dangerous falling off wall and shower head was extremely hard to adjust water went everywhere.

Room 101 was quite exposed - noise from the reception was a bit of an irritation, especially on the morning when vacuuming began at 6am. There was a short bath with a sit-down shower in the bathroom - not particularly comfortable, or accessible.

The beds were a bit mushy - could use new mattress. Also the shower was a bit tricky. The bathroom of the room we stayed in definitely could use an update.

The staff was lovely, very friendly and super knowledgeable and helpful. The building itself was beautiful and perfectly located central to everything.
