The property was centrally located and a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. The owner met us at the parking area and left us with the key fob to get in and out of the car park. The apartment was very organized with all the machine manuals in one place which came in handy in using the clothes washer. There was water and juice in the refrigerator for us.

We had a couple difficulties with the washer machine. Everything else worked very well and we were very happy with it.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were met at the door and given a tour of the place. The appartement was very big and completely clean. It exceeded our expectations! It is an amazing place especially for the price. It was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely come back!

Perfect location, Very pleasant host, Perfectly equipped kitchen. I was really surprised to fint a lot of useful products in the kitchen, such as tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, spices and so on. Probably the best apartment I have ever rented

A fantastic apartment in a great location with secure parking. The host was lovely and met us and showed us where to park and then took us to the apartment. It’s a lovely apartment with some nice touches from the host including some cakes and juice. We will definitely use this apartment again if we come back to Chartres. I highly recommend this apartment and Chartres is stunning.

This is an excellent flat, very close to chartres cathedral. The owner was very helpful, and the area is very good. A return ticket to Paris for 4 of us cost 80 euros. We should have stayed here longer and just done a day trip to paris

It was perfect for us as we only stayed one night and only had one luggage bag between us. However, thee parking is a few minutes walk from the apartment and top floor so worth bearing in mind if you have lots to carry. Leave what you can in the car as the parking is secure.

Great location- right in the old town within a few minutes walk of the cathedral. Good communication with the owner. Chartres is a beautiful place to visit. Secure, underground parking. Would recommend staying here.

Nothing we didn't like. However be aware it is on the second floor with stair only access and although a short walk the car park is up a hill. No issue at all for us and common to find this in inner apartments in France but no good if you have mobility issues.

Tastefully and beautifully renovated small apartment with excellent facilities and delightful personal touches. Everything you need. Excellent shower that doesn't leak (rare). Great fridge and kitchen with basic cooking supplies. Charming, friendly and helpful host who was easy to communicate with and guided us to the car park which was secure and underground. Excellent location. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect to explore the old centre of Chartres, with its stunning Cathedral. The accommodation was modern, light and comfortable and very well-equipped. The underground parking nearby was a bonus. The host was friendly, helpful and informative and allowed me to practise my French, which was much appreciated!

No lights in the communal stairwell (temporary problem). Steep hill up to the Cathedral (but that’s geography and not the owners fault).

I don't like coffee pods. But even so I was glad to have real coffee available. I am so stupid I couldn't work out how to unplug the bathroom sink but actually it's really obvious...

Excellent secure parking for my car which is full of valuables. A very friendly and thoughtful host. Well located near the cathedral. Comfy beds and good shower. I would definitely stay again. I was informed about services at the Cathedral and attended a mass for the dead and then saw an incredible sound and light display.

Perfect location. Free parking. Comfortable beds Perfect for my husband, myself and our two teenagers. Friendly owner who was so welcoming and hospitable. Great touches of in house cafe, tea and treats. Thankful for WiFi and USB connectors in kitchen. Everything you could want for your trip was here.
