Unfortunately the hot water boiler wasn’t working. The owner knocked on our door shortly after we arrived with a complimentary bottle of Champaign, which was nice. My partner wasn’t too impressed with no hot water. I braved the cold shower this morning which surprisingly invigorating. I don’t went up say anything negative about our stay however to be told the boiler was not working on arriving isn’t good!

Style and location

The water heated failed and we had a few cold showers but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The flat has a lot of charm and style. The location is excellent, in the heart of Épernay. Just perfect for exploring the shops, cafes, and restaurants. We only booked one night and wished we had booked for longer.

The apartment is very elegant and well situated, with very good facilities and furnishings. Communication with the owner was excellent. We regret having to leave after just one night.

Noice from street cars, so no sleeping with open windows. Could be cleaner (floor dust etc). Apartment floor would need some renovation.

The apartment was so charming. The central location of the apartment was beyond perfect.Our hostess was extremely helpful and communicative. She also assisted greatly when one of our group felt unwell.

The beds are really small. Also the living room is tiny, and at the back of the apartment so no view or much natural light.

Charming French apartment perfectly located in the center of Épernay. Two large separate bedrooms. Small, but fine bathroom. Same goes for the kitchen, with a bottle of water in the fridge and a Nespresso machine with cups.

Very cosy and warm. Lovely apartment right in the centre of Eperney. Apartment had every thing we needed, plenty of space for a family of four. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

It can maybe be a little loud with cleaning streets in the early hours of the morning, but it is a very small price to pay as the airbnb is very nice!

What a lovely little airbnb. The views from both rooms are stunning and nice to sip champagne from the balcony. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Épernay. Also very good value for money!

The kitchen drawers needed a good clean.

The light and the balcony, drinking champagne watching the balloon go up and down and seeing the world go by. The location is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A cosy apartment situated in the heart of Epernay. A great location with easy access to champagne houses, and easy check in process. Overall great value for money: clean, comfy, good price and has everything you need for a short stay. If staying for more than 1-2 nights perhaps a bit small, and kitchen amenities may be limited. Would stay again

Parking is available but it’s restricted to two hours outside in the red zones so you just have to be aware of this and park 5 mins away on green zones. It’s pretty cheap. There’s an underground car park a bit further away if you prefer that. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit tired but they were clean and functional . You might need more if you are staying the week and want to cook meals regularly. We still really liked the apartment.

Full of charm and character done in good taste, light airy with high ceilings, comfy bed and good bed linen and towels Good A.C unit and fans provided in each room.Balcony was lovely to have. In the town centre so very accessible to boulangeries and restaurants bars etc. Easy access to property with lock box. Dominique was good at communicating and let us into the property early which was great.
