We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

- The hotel helped us in booking every restaurant we wanted to dine in. - All booking for Skiing and instructor was done swiftly. - Our room was upgraded freely to a spacious room with balcony. - The staff were really helpful and they will go above and beyond. - The hotel shuttle toke us to most of our booked restaurants and skiing. - The room was exceptional, it was clean and neat.

Location was familiar to us and excellent. Room was gorgeous and spacious by chalet standards. Staff, Marine, Yann and the team, were the stars, and went above and beyond to assist in every way. From averting disaster when our taxi transfer to airport did not show up, to arranging swift transport to the medical centre after an injury. This on top of securing great reservations for lunches and dinners. The hotel also has an arrangement with the Skiset rental facility, where that associated team were super helpful! Wonderful stay.

It is not the first time visiting Courchevel but the first time at this beautiful place. We chose the family room, and it was perfect. Decor, little special touches, warm and friendly staff, excellent food selection for breakfast and health corner. I was most impressed by the health corner where you could find various detox juices and particular vitamins for your health. The location is also 10/10 as the ski shop hotel works with is like 10 seconds walk and maybe 1min max to the main ski lift too. Although we ran out of time and didn’t use the spa, it looked amazing, and we will definitely go there too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay ️ P.s. both hotel restaurants are wow. My partner and I had eaten at Saint Marco four years ago, and by a pure coincidence, we were here now too. Merci et à bientôt ️

United StatesHotel needs a major renovations. so old and dated. Pictures on the website are decisive. Tiles in the bathrooms are falling off the walls. I wish I knew before booking in what and shape this hotel is. At least they should invest in new pillows. it has no look or feeling of 5 star hotel. very little value for your money. The restaurant is mediocre and overpriced.. Won’t recommend.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately it falls short of 5 star standards in many, many ways. To mention a few: check-in was a nightmare, between ridiculous and comic; the Room has character but is dark and misses some basic amenities, generally not comfortable; wellness area is so small. Many features are simply not good enough, considering the price of the room: I advise travellers to consider paying more to enjoy a true 5-star experience.
Great location next to gondola station and village centre. Friendly staff. Some nice unexpected gestures such as late check out.
