Poor communication with the owner. Didn't reply to my messages before checking in,or after. You will get only 1 message on how to get into the property on the day of your arrival. Sofa in the living room very uncomfortable and dent,not very clean either. Toilet seat loose,needs fixing asap as it's very unstable. I think boiler can be hidden better than a sheet of paper hanging down. It spoils rather nice kitchen. Toaster can do with a replacement as well as kettle- didn't use those at all. Also small repairs and cleaning around the property will make a huge improvement overall to the apartment.

I liked the location,close to train station and main attractions you want to see. Good size rooms, separate bathroom and toilet. Big old windows in the living room giving lots of light, old fashioned and querky style throughout the flat.

The staircase is very steep and narrow so not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. I did not see a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector within the apartment or building. Smoke detectors are required by law, and are especially important in such an old building full of wood; and in an apartment with an upper floor in the roof space with small windows (i.e. no exit in an emergency)!

Central location, apartment in good decorative order, good sized apartment, about a 30 min walk from the citadel, very close to the town square and cafes. This is a very traditional and old building, with distinctive features. Generally-speaking, a very good apartment.

the windows practically do not insulate the sound, so you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside, dirty floor (dust and hair), bad communication with the owner (just one SMS one hour before accommodation with code, otherwise no response)

We filtered results by 'parking included' since we were on a road trip. after asking where that included parking space would be, we got a disinterested 'just park somewhere on the streets'. that's a clear case of false advertisement.

Nothing was bad. I'd suggest that people are aware the passageway and staircase up to the top floor is narrow and steep if you have heavy luggage.

The apartment on 2 floors is really lovely. Really liked the skylights in the kitchen and shower. Very central location and easy to access with the key box. Recommend exploring within the castle walls.

The stairs leading to the apartment are very narrow and challenging for an older person. But that was the only negative to this apartment. Everything else was perfect for us!!

The location was incredible. The apartment was very clean and it was easily accessible for our whole family. The facilities were amazing too! Would definitely recommend! Hope to return soon.

The front door is a bit tricky to close without a handle, but we got the hang of it with a slight flick of the wrists.

The host was very accommodating. We discovered a missing battery from the remote control, and the host was kind enough to drop off new ones the next morning. The coffee provided was very good and the place was spacious and felt welcoming. It is an older building with lots of charm, which we loved.

The door downstairs is a little bit difficult to open, push it hard!

It had all the facilities one could think of: coffee maker, tea, pans, boiler... Everything. Good location and nice cartier. Only thing it is a duplex, which is not showed in the picts.
