Very nice olde world feel. Great location. Excellent restaurant. Our only problem was totally beyond their control - a major storm caused disruptions to both power and water during our stay, so some inconveniences that were not taken into account in the final bill. Not their fault, but not ours either.

Nothing comes to mind

Spent two nights here. Enjoyed our time here. Since it was November, things were slowing down, no outdoor activities, not a lot of other guess. We ate our breakfasts and dinners here. Great food service. The room was large with comfortable beds. Ample room to handle our luggage and hang up our clothes. Nice bathrooms too. Visiting the the D-day sights so the location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything you need is here in a beautiful Manior that is well renovated and clean. The location is perfect for touring the local historical monuments, museums, and beaches. Friendly and accomodating staff provided a good orientation to our room and the grounds and were available to answer all of our queations.

Reception is often unmanned, so necessary to roam, about to find someone to check in and out. Breakfast doesn't start until 08:15, at least an hour later than our usual time. Public areas are limited, could be an issue if weather bad. Great place in the Summer, not so sure about the Winter,

This is a converted ancient farm; everything very tastefully done and all very charismatic. Personnel are nice.

Beautiful hotel in a very pretty setting. Close to everything if you are visiting the D-Day Beaches The hotel has been in the family for 5 generations and the care and attention for everything is very noticable. The restaurant was excellent Would highly recommend

We had a change of plans and booked here last minute. It was very off the beaten path but close to Utah Beach and many other significant locations of the 101st Airborne aka "Band of Brothers". We had some trouble with the internet and it was past lobby hours so we went to the restaurant and the man running it helped us with internet, served us food at the very end or after of supper times and called his manager to organize a taxi for us the following day. I have rarely been so impressed with the service as I was in this instance. Top notch service!

Location was ideal for visiting the more western Invasion Beaches. The hotel was delightful; very quiet, beautifully appointed and very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. The food was superb - breakfasts offered a wide choice of very good quality ingredients and dinners were some of the best we have eaten anywhere.

It is a very fine place to stay. The room was a great size, the location is excellent (out in the countryside of Normandy), the food was very good, and the service by Hilde and her staff could not have been better. Hilde was charming and professional at the same time. She was accommodating in every respect.
