There was plenty of room for our family (my wife, 2 kids and myself). It was a warm welcome by our host to handover the keys and short introduction about the city and region regarding the spotlights. Very good bed, nice kitchen, great shower. It’s been very pleasant and the whole apartment is in very good condition and clean!

Spacious, comfortable, clean and super close to the centre if Beaune. We loved our stay here and recommend it for folks looking to spend a few days looking around Beaune. Parking and washing machine were a huge plus.

Only one toilet for two bedrooms. And apart from the tuale, there is only one bathroom for two bedrooms. This is not very convenient for two families, In addition, the apartment needs to be repaired: the handles from all the doors are hanging out and need to be replaced

The location was perfect. The host, Cyril was very responsive & friendly. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We stayed for 7 days & we would return.

Cons: no air con yet had fans in each room. No toilet in the ensuite bathroom. Toilet is off the kitchen. Wifi signal was poor.

We loved our stay here. The first floor apartment is enormous. Large rooms so plenty of space to move about. Pros: large living spaces, washing machine and efficient hob and oven Cyril welcomed us and was very helpful and informative.

There was mold in the kettle and Im not sure if the washer has a drying cycle. These were very minor issues.

The apartment was perfect for us! It was quite big and we enjoyed having the small patio. Great location just outside the old city and with free parking. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Lots of bakeries close by.

Although the toilet was perfectly clean the floor & especially the skirting boards in that room were dirty.

The location was great. An easy, flat walk into the town centre. Kitchen was really well stocked with utensils , crockery, pots , pans etc. Pleasant shaded outdoor terrace with table & chairs & parasol. Comfy bed & even without air conditioning we kept fairly cool by using the large floor standing fans provided. Cyril, the host was very friendly & generous. He gave us tips on where to sample & buy wine & also recommended restaurants.

Very nice communication with the host. Perfect location, 5 minutes to the historical center, very clean and modern apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to the next bakery, just 3 minutes walk. Also very close to the next bicycle rental store.

There isn't anything that stands out as a negative. I'd recommend maybe having some basic coffee options available.

The apartment was almost ideal for our 4-day stay in Beaune. The host was very engaging, kind, and prepared. Separate A/C units in the bedroom and living room was nice. Parking was a little tight to get into the place but it definitely was better than we expected. The downtown area was a simple 5- to 10-minute walk away. We were very happy with our visit.

we had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The owner is more than nice. We had some issues with the internet when we first arrived, but the owner is able to come up with other solutions which helped us a lot since we need to work remotely. He gave us a very good recommendation for local smaller vineyard recommendation. Which is fantastic. Burgundy wine. The location is walking distance to the city centre is very nice walkt o see the nicescenery and historic buildings

The bedroom was a bit warm at night for me. There is air conditioning, so that’s not much of a problem.

We were in November and though the heating works very well, the floor is cold - better to take slippers with you.
