We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff,headed by Tifan, the location the ambiance, the food - what an experience - never to be forgotten. The tides that were AMAZING! In the afternoon when the tides were out many boats were resting on the sand and then in the morning they were surounded by water!

United KingdomThe room was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the bedroom window was not particularly appealing but you can have a sea view if you pay extra.
Excellent evening meal, comfortable room, exceptionally helpful staff. We arrived in Cancale in the morning straight off the ferry at St Malo and were allowed breakfast at Le Cancalais that morning as well as the morning after our overnight stay (we had requested this in advance). Better still, we were then told that our room was available - we had expected only to be able to access it after 3 pm!

United StatesNothing… Maybe the parking? it’s not free but staying at the hotel you get a discount which ends up pretty cheap.
The location on the port is absolutely fantastic. From the room we had, the view of the sea was gorgeous. The room is very small but comfortable and clean. The stairs are steep as it is expected in those old houses and I love it! The lady who took care of us during the stay was charming and always had a smile to show.

Very nice traditional hotel in perfect location near the beach. The kindness of the staff is exceptional. The scope of the breakfast is very extensive and of good quality. I highly recommend the restaurant of the hotel for lunch and diner.

United KingdomWe enjoyed a very warm welcome back to this, a great favourite, perfectly located overlooking the sea. Large windows, which open wide for lovely views and a big side of Ozone, our sea view room was a great size with a very comfy bed. The food here is delicious - try the lobster ravioli and the Grand Marnier soufflé- outstanding! There’s no problem parking in the car park opposite as long as you don’t arrive at lunchtime in high season. A wonderful experience again - thank you.
