You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location, rooms, comfort, staff friendliness were all excellent. Breakfast was nice but a bit too expensive compared to price of room. La patronne was very gracious to all of us and came to the rescue of one friend who forgot her key after 9 pm.

NetherlandsWe had to park the car on the street or in a parking area, some distance away, and requiring 10 - 15 minutes walk. But, on the other hand, there were enough parking slots available and they were free.
The room was comfortable even though it was rather small. We had a good view of the harbour from the room. In spite of being at a busy road junction, it was quiet and peaceful inside our room. The breakfast service was good.

AustraliaWe found the bed a little hard and found the mattress protector uncomfortable. We were not allowed to check in before 3pm exactly. We sat for 10 minutes before being checked in.
This hotel is in an excellent location. Our room on the 5th floor faced the harbour, with a lovely view. We found parking on the street just around from the hotel. Restaurants are virtually a step from the hotel.

NetherlandsThe corridor to the room is quite dark. The elevator light was flickering so we informed the staff who did not really react on it. As it was hot, we opened the window during the night. Due to the proximity of the room with restaurants, it can become a bit noisy for early sleepers.
Location is very good: close to the beach, the market and the restaurants. Typical room interior design. Big window to be able to cool down in the night. They can store bikes in a safe place if wished for a small price.
