Locked out of the hotel at 10:45pm. Apparently there is a code on the back of your bedroom door - as if everyone reads that before going out! Not mentioned by reception lady as we left for the evening.

When we arrived there were no staff about to greet us and I did not realise at first that the keys are ready for you to pick up on arrival. The heating in the room was unbearably hot and had no way of switching this off and no pillows just cushions. Could not find a member of staff about to ask about the pillow situation or to turn the heating down

Wonderful little spa town, more charming that the majority of Swiss towns on the lake Geneva. A quiet location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.

Internet was spotty. I would not recommend this accommodation for people who intend to work remotely. There is no elevator, and the stairs are too steep for carrying luggage.

Helpful and polite staff. Everybody speaks English. Location is great - the very center of Divonne. There is indeed free street parking (spaces available daily except on Sundays, during market time).

Lots of steps - 3 flights which could be tricky for some. No staff on reception on arrival but nites to find key which was fine.

My room was on the ground floor and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open during the day or night. The room was therefore rather hot. I felt a little restricted that I couldn't take late evening or early morning showers for fear of disturbing the other guests because I noticed that noise carries between the rooms, which is perhaps to be expected as it is an older building.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good...only a few minutes on foot to the town centre. My room which faced the back of the building was very quiet.

Price and very small room

Very small room as expected, comfortable bed, very quiet at night, and a good breakfast. Very good location, 15 m diving to Geneva city center, nice surroundings around the hotel with a few restaurants, and also quite good food at the hotel restaurant.

The building is a bit old and the sound proofing between rooms and hallway is not the best, you can hear a but to well what was going on outside the room. The WiFi is a bit slow, one can read emails and see, upload social media but no high quality streaming or heavy data transfer tasks. Be aware of the kitchen hours to be sure you get some food.

Small but lovely room with a comfortable bed (I slept unexpectedly well - usual I have a few difficulties adapting to a new bed). The room clean and well organised with a kettle for hot water and some tea. The staff was polite and helpful. Thank you for a great stay even for such a short time.

I found the pillows too soft. The particular orange colour chosen for the throw on the bed and the decorative cushions was too harsh (in my opinion). The extra blanket had a hole in it. The washbasin in the shower room was not well cleaned every day.

My room was light with windows on two sides, one overlooking a quiet street and village houses, the other overlooking a private garden. I appreciated having a kettle provided. The en-suite shower room was excellent. At breakfast apart from the good croissants and excellent decaffeinated coffee I particularly enjoyed the chocolate muffins.
