We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe washbasin in the ensuite bathroom had a small leak. The toilet was a little tricky to approach, as it was in a very small space.
The room was comfortable. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food and service were impeccable. The pool and the exterior landscaping were very nicely done with trees for shade, different types of seating and pretty flowers to attract bees and butterflies. The location was excellent - on a quiet street in a quiet village, but only a couple of minutes' drive from the Autoroute.

The restaurant at the hotel was great: great staff looking for solutions to make the kids happy, delicious dishes, excellent rate quality/price. And it is directly at the hotel so; no need to drive after.

United KingdomFriendly staff, made us very welcome. Simple but good food. Great value. The bar, restaurant and hotel rooms are extremely clean and simply but we'll furnished. The pool is great, with out door space to have drinks and or eat dinner. This is a fantastic place to stay as a stopover or even longer. We would definitely return if in the area again.

United KingdomAs we arrived the Patron's son had his feet up outside on his phone, smoking, in sleeveless vest, and it just didn't give a very good first impression - BUT he was extremely pleasant and welcoming and helpful. The layout of the breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic and the croissants weren't so fresh, it was Sunday however, but it really was fine overall.
It was good value and the bedroom was fine for one night. The host was great during the evening meal and the menu and food itself were good - nothing special for the non-meat eaters, as is usual in France unfortunately. The pool is excellent.

The hotel was very good and the manager very helpful especially as on our arrival, he had had no notifications from booking.com about our booking. I have since contacted booking.com as this has never happened before. Our stay at this hotel was very good and we will stay there again. The location was good for our journey through france. Swimming pool great, food in evening excellent and breakfast next morning good. Our stay was enhanced by the service we received from the hotel owner Which was outstanding.

United KingdomRoom was clean but very, very basic. OK for stopover. I wouldn't stay longer than that. The stairway and some of the shared areas were in need of a good clean. Breakfast was basic.
We had our evening meal here. The meal itself was absolutely great and far exceeded our expectations. Would recommend the meal. Aspects regarding the rest of our stay was only adequate. However, the nightly rate was fairly low so I suppose you get what you pay for.
