Perfect location, 3 minutes from the railway station or from the pedestrian streets filled with restaurants and cafes. Very quiet location and good quality bed linen. The staff were really lovely, felt like living with a family. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms looked like recently renovated. Extreme value for money and plentiful breakfast. Fridge in the room was very useful.

Small hotel in the heart of Juan les Pins, really affordable. Close to the rail stations and the beach. The owner is really welcoming and the rest of the staff is super nice. Breakfast is good and full of options. A parking solution is available which is a real plus during busy season. Big plus is that the place is really quiet as located in a residential area. I will definitely come again.

Noisy fridge in the room, but can be resolved by unplugging ;)

The owner is such a kind person who put up with my terrible French. The room was very clean, nice bathroom, and even had a balcony. The location is great, very close to the beach and the conference center. On sunny days, the breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace in front of the house. Great selection of breads, juice and yoghurt. Very cute house, much smaller than the surrounding buildings, which gives it a cozy vibe.

The only petty niggle was the fridge in the room being a tad noisy, which was solved by unplugging it at bedtime.

It is a stone's throw from the railway station and well placed for restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The room was lovely and the shower was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the wardrobe space was more than adequate. The breakfast was very nice and having the option of eating it outside in the sunshine was lovely. The staff were delightful and could not have been more helpful, despite my hardly existent French! I liked the fact that beach towels were provided in a basket downstairs, a lovely touch.

Central location, but still quiet. Nice, clean room. Super friendly staff that you could easily communicate with even though they only spoke French, and I don't. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good. They even had beach towels you could borrow for free!

The location was perfect. A quick walk to the beach and can walk to Antibes, if you don’t mind a good walk. The room was comfortable and clean. The owner/manager was so nice and accommodating. She made sure her guests were happy and comfortable with their accommodation!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Small room, but has everything you need (including iron). Very close to the station, very close to the beach , very close to everything :) If I have to go again to Antibes I will choose the same hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

WiFi had some issues in higher rooms.

This felt excellent for the money. Extremely lovely staff who made extra effort to make sure we felt comfortable. Felt like a very safe place to stay. Great location 5 minutes from the beach (they let you use beach towels) and less than 5 from the station, great breakfast, great air conditioning (!!). Sure, the room we had was smaller, but the charm of the place and the lovely atmosphere more than made up for it.
