We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe wi-fi in our room (room 6) was very weak, almost impossible to stay connected for more than a minute or so. Finding parking is not easy, but you can't blame the hotel for that, and they do offer several suggestions in the emails.
Room was excellent, staff very helpful, breakfast delicious and overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The location was great . Walked down to sea front had access to all tourist attractions. Bars restaurants really nice people very friendly .

Lovely location overlooking the harbour and towers. Great room and we were recommended a very good Italian restaurant although there was a lot of choice in very close proximity. We didn't have breakfast but this would have been available in the room.

We loved our stay, the hotel was everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable, it was quiet (we had a courtyard facing room), the breakfast was really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. I’m sure we will be back.
