We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

La Maison Blanche is an amazing place to stay in Beaune. Nadine, the host, goes out of her way for her guests. Nadine kindly served breakfast every morning, made recommendations for places in town, and even picks guests up from the train if necessary. The house itself is extremely clean, comfortable, and is very centrally located, with cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet and large. Huge plus was the air conditioning, as we were there in the summer. There is a wine cellar on premises, but we sadly did not sample from it as we were busy doing local wine tours and sitting at all the wonderful cafes La Maison Blanche is close to. Highly recommended!

Nadine served us a wonderful breakfast every morning and made sure we had reservations to all the wine tours and restaurants we wanted to visit. An excellent experience. We would definitely stay at La Maison Blanche again on a return visit.

United States of AmericaWe found it uncomfortable that the bathroom, including the toilet, was not separately enclosed. The facilities were very nice, but were around an open corner from the bed area. Modesty was difficult.
Very modern, comfortable and immaculate accommodations. Our host gets 15 out of 10 stars and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Easy walks to everything in Beaune. Parking was close enough to not be an issue.

She is well connected in Beaune and should be relied upon for dinner reservations and matching activities of interest. The basement is a great get away. Fresh Squeezed OJ went well with whatever we wanted for breakfast. Yes, the bed was very comfortable.
