This is the most beautiful place to stay, the mother and daughter hosts are so friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, a really wonderful seating area upstairs for our own use and what I particularly liked over two evenings was the welcoming use of the house kitchen to cook our meals. Fab fab fab.

Fantastic place to stay close to Mont Saint Michel! We stayed with a baby and a dog and it was very comfortable and relaxed. Great surroundings for walks, the breakfast was amazing and the people so friendly and welcoming!

Some people may want a private ensuite but the bathroom facilities were good and close to the rooms

Hosts were very welcoming and we were able to use the kitchen and other facilities including a fridge. Very pleasant quiet rural location, easy access and onsite parking. Excellent variety of items for breakfast, hosts were very friendly and ensured that all our needs were met. We will definitely return if revisiting this area as it was exceptionally good compared to other places we have stayed at.

only that there's only shared toilets, not private ones, but it would be difficult to get toilets into the rooms so it's understandable

breakfast was fab, with local products being served. town was a short walk away along a very pretty river (we saw 3 otters!). owners were very polite and friendly. the room was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. the area is very quiet, and also super dark at night so great for stargazing

We could not have been happier with our stay at L’Autre Rivière! It was everything we wanted for our couple of days to visit Mont St Michel. Initially we thought about booking to stay in the little setup of hotels next to Mont Michel but are so pleased we chose here instead. The hotels next to Mont St Michel seem to lack soul. At L’Autre Rivière, Sylvie is the most welcoming host, breakfast is lovely and she even packed us a little lunch for our bus journey to Paris. We can’t speak highly enough of her. Our room was homely and the bath was magnificent! The house itself is beautiful, clean, is home to the gorgeous little Mickey dog and the grounds include horses. It is idyllic and felt a very authentic trip to Normandy! Thank you so much for having us stay in your beautiful home.

the sign on the gate was a little too small and we drove past it on a tiny country road.

the guest rooms were neatly arranged on the second floor, one room with a private bath, and the family suite with a shared bath. lots of games for the kids and a common sitting space to talk once the kids were in bed. there is a nice little coffee bar in the common space and full access to the first floor kitchen. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was worth the stay!

The photos that they posted some are not the same like near the river, overlooking from the Mont Saint Michel, the chauteu that they posted with a house house not same but the room and location are same as they posted in booking.com.

The owner of the B & B was very friendly, and the room was comfortable.
