Not much around in the way of restaurants but we could ride our bikes to the center in 10 minutes.

They provided a place for us to store our bikes. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s right next to the train station.

The view, nothing wrong, but not very fancy interior design. Finish bacon and egg for breakfast, even if we were pretty early. The restaurant was closed the night we arrived. No notice at the homepage. But overall a nice visit

I requested for a 5.00am wake up call at check in and the receptionist said it was noted and planned. It never happened. Fortunately I had set my own alarm on my mobile. Left to the hotel, I would have missed my train.

There were two glass doors which needs to be open before getting into the reception. When you have to juggle with large suitcases, getting in is quite awkward, but even more awkward is the blank stare you get from the receptionist in return, when a little bit of proactiveness to help with holding the door open would have been appreciated. I guess it depends on who you hire at reception as the one during our check-out was a lot more helpful. Also, not sure if it's an issue with Kyriad hotels in general but the carpets in the room were filthy. It's almost sticky when you walk across from one end of the room to another.

Right next to the train station and car rentals if you need to catch a train or pick up/drop-off a car.

Be aware that the location is a bit out of Tours centre but that was not an issue for us as we dropped our rental car at the train station.

The location was very convenient for our early trading to Charles De Gaulle airport. Check in as straightforward and the beds were comfortable for our 1 night stay.

Weekend catering was an issue. This is commuter territory so getting a meal in the evening means a bus to Tours.

While the bathroom was nice, I found the shower is a bit cramped due to my length (1m90).

Stayed one night while passing through town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Being next to the train station, the hotel is easy to get to. I arrived by car and used the private parking.
