We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe front of the hotel is situated opposite a supermarket car park which seems to attract young people hanging around. This might be a little intimidating to some people. The hotel staff keep a strict eye on it though and reassured us that they never have any problems from them, which we saw for ourselves.
Hotel and room was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room location was great, nicely tucked away. Although we don't believe we were giving the room we originally booked as we had thought we were getting two bedrooms but it was in fact a bedroom and then a sofa bed in the living area. Location of hotel was good and easy to find. It also had underground parking. Good value for money too.

Norwaymany unannounced extra costs: parking, swimming pool, 12 eur for the pet is above normal and reasonable levels. The hotel could be more clear about this in the prospect. Many such unpleasent surprises colour the otherwise good stay negatvely.

FranceThe hotel advertises having a car park. It doesn't tell you it's under the hotel, not the car park directly outside the hotel - that belongs to a shop, Carrefour The hotel car park was apparently full so we had to use the Carrefour car park, at €16. The property opposite the hotel and the other side of the Carrefour car park appeared to be a party house for delinquent people, drinking, smoking strange smelling substances & partying loudly in the street. Nice. Inside the hotel, the room door wouldn't lock until many attempts later, eventually working out it's idiosyncrasies. The aircon didn't work correctly. Room was stuffy as a consequence. The kettle did not work at all. We didn't try to make a cup of cold tea or coffee, not sure why they bother to supply hot drinks-making supplies but not a working kettle. The following morning, we had breakfast in a soulless room packed full of tables that was absolutely rammed solid with people. Felt like grabbing some food & a coffee in an overcrowded army mess. Relaxing? Lol.
