The only critique is that our vehicle was too big for the recommended parking across the street so we had to find something else. Luckily there was another option close by (the castle) — the hotel could include that option in their booking confirmation.

Clean, spacious, great view, with affordable parking options within a 5 minute walk. The room was way more spacious than I expected, with a good amount of plugs, and a nice laptop stand for comfortable working conditions. The breakfast was very good, too.

There could have been more amenities in the room like a kettle with tea bags, a soap bar etc.

Breakfast was sufficient enough not only with sweet but also with salty options. The location was handy for getting to the airport shuttle easily and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfy!

The position of the toilet was utterly baffling as to why it was positioned quite like that, making it impossible to sit squarely on it.

The room was pleasant and the bed very big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the smell of freshly squeezed orange juice, the juicer was a surprise. The croissants fresh and crispy. It was easy to walk to the castle and the art museum which were absolutely first rate cultural icons. A day to remember!

Everything was perfect, but in our rooms there were bath tubes, not showers, so it may be difficult for old people, but there might be showers in other rooms and my daughter loved to have the chance to have baths!

Amazing experience! Quiet, close to the center, water available on the ground floor to fill the bottles, breakfast with fresh orange juice and crepes made by them. Super clean room and very kind and nice staff. There was also a small shop next to the reception to buy gifts. I traveled with my whole family and we had 2 rooms. Everything was perfect!

Noise from the ventilation in the bathroom. The toilet was placed too high!

Quiet room: no noise from the street, fridge, or elevator (the room had a window to the back side, not to the street). Clean.

The only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is the heat. The air conditioner doesn't cool the room and it's impossible to keep the window open during the night because of the noise on the main street. I had read the same feedback from other travellers on booking.com, so it seems to be a recurring issue with this hotel. The second night I used ear plugs and left the window open, but this is really not ideal as it makes for a free buffet for the mosquitos.

I really liked my stay here. The location is central, the staff is friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Nice balcony with a clear view.

The bed was really comfy we slept well. Breakfast was excellent - nice selection of continental style items. The hotel seemed very quiet as well no road noise and good wall insulation. Good location near the tram stop and 10 minute walk into the main restaurant area. Little supermarket nearby as well.

We liked everything.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet. We had restful sleep both nights. The breakfast was exceptionally good. There was a fresh orange juice squeezer. The buffet had fresh bread and croissants. We could see them being made. We were pleasantly surprised.

Really lovely family friendly hotel. Location was good - tram station just 2 mins walk away. Free transport at weekends. Could walk to city entre in about 20 mins. Breakfast was really excellent. Nice lobby area for children to watch TV. Comfortable beds. Excellent value for money.

There weren't many electric sockets, just one near the bed and the other on the other side of the room. The furniture was basic, with a single chair and a very small table. There was a single hook in the bathroom and no towel rack, which was a bit too limited. I didn't see anything warm at breakfast, only cold items (but a decent choice).

The hotel is very well located, in front of the central train station. I asked for a quiet room and I got one, on a higher floor over a side street -- it was perfect. The price is very reasonable for a downtown hotel. The single room was small but clean, and nothing was missing.
