We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The service from beginning to end was really great and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was also very good and the refilling of the buffet worked very well.

Very convenient, nice staff, a comfortable room for a family of 3, good value for money. There is a metro/train line taking straight to Gare St. Lazare, which was handy for our next day train to Normandy. The breakfast was fine for the money paid.

BrazilThe rooms are fairly small for 3 people however, the main issue to me was misleading informations concerning the total costs. Booking.com said I would pay 628.5 EUR for the stay nevertheless at the end I had to pay 687.50 (I had to pay extra for the breakfast of my daughter, for instance). This information was not in my booking which said “breakfast included” so I do not know why I needed to pay. These informations MUST be clear enough to the clients during the booking procedure.
Decent hotel well connected with Paris by metro, bus or RER. The accommodation was clean, good breakfast, a nice Italian restaurant just on the corner.

LuxembourgWhen I was checked in I inqired about the parking facility. The reception took my vehicle details and told me that they will contact me. For the time I parked the car outside and paid by my self. I booked the hotel from 26th to 28th and arriving I extended the stay till 29th. So I was stayig 3 nights. On 27th morning I went to the reception and asked whether I could park and they said check later. On 28th early morning, I went agian to the reception since I was to go out after 8AM whether I could park. The person said yes and I went and took the key and checked again and after confermation I took the car from the public park and came to the hotel car entrance. At this point I was told there is no space and I have to park else!!! It was so irresponcible I was on a tight time line and I have to search parking agian and took some time to park and thereafter I had to ruch my breakfast and run to the transport!!! It was so crazy!!!

IranThe train very very bad The managers of the train ticket control were very unreasonable people who do not understand the conditions of tourists and force you to pay a fine for any reason. The entrance to the gate was open, do not enter without a ticket, because the train officials deliberately open the gate to allow tourists to enter and fine each person 85 euros.
