We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumDespite high temperatures Hotel did not want to switch the A/C on. They only switch it mid May and there was no possibility to ask for an exception despite the fact that the room was boiling hot.

United KingdomThe works outside are a nightmare and now into their second year, apparently due to finish in 2025. With wire railings and very unfinished surfaces in front of the hotel - I actually fell over. The hotel should be doing more with the local council to make the area safe for guests.
The property has been recently renovated and the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Secure car parking.

ReunionIn the shower, when the flooring is wet, it is very slippery and dangerous: it is important to look after this problem in order to avoid serious accidents and the possible responsibility of IBIS direction. The shelves situated above the place where people can put their suitcase are risky. When bending down to pick up things from a suitcase, people can easily hit their head. The TV is really too big for this small bedroom. People are too closed to the TV and it hurts eyes a lot. A small bedroom would, in my opinion, require a small television. The street is very noisy...
When we arrived, le personnel at the reception was very polite and welcomed us warmly... The room was very clean and well prepared. The breakfast was very well organized and ready at 7:00.

The location is very good (when there's no street blocks). Nice room. Great that my dog was welcome.

We stayed here for a quick overnight visit on our way back to the UK from Switzerland and it was the perfect stopover location. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the city and has parking available either via the hotel or via a public car park across the street. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful, especially the gentleman at reception. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis hotel in Nancy, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was good, near to city center of Nancy and with a public parking in front of the hotel. Overall, I recommend the Ibis hotel in Nancy to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable accommodation option in the area.
