We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location is in an industrial area so does not warrant the €150 per night price. It's close to the motorway system, which is why we booked it, but there is no sense of luxury outside. There is no garden.
Very comfortable hotel and the breakfasts were top quality with lots of choice. Free use of coffee machine during the day.

we only had a short stay(1night)as we were in transition to another area, but we could stayed longer because the hotel facilities and hotel staff fulfil all the boxes. breakfast is continental style and was very good good size room and good mattress (mattress suit me, it mite not suit everybody as it is personal preferences)secure parking with cctv gate which i have been told gets closed around 11pm,parking lot benefits of tesla charging point as well. hotel staff spoke and welcomed us in English, the person behind the check in desk even help us ordering some pizza as the hotel restaurant was closed.
