We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsNothing. I knew the hotel was of an older kind, so my expectations weren't that high. Exactly wat the function of a hotel is about and some extra.
Perhaps a bit of an emotional vibe. As a child I've spent a lot of time in that area and each time I looked up at the cable car and citadel on top of the mountain and surely the river at the other side of the road. In short, a stunning location. Near the bustling city center of Grenoble. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Very friendly staff. Since there was no safe space to accommodate my bicycle, the answer was simple but effective: "Just take it with you to your room.". Don't worry, my bicycle was also clean.

The staff, especially one lady working mostly during Check-In times, was extraordinary friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome! The room was very clean, there is a water dispenser in the lobby and it’s only a short walk to the city center.

GermanyDespite the rooms being clean and tidy, they make an old and used impression. I was not spending much time there, so it was not a big problem, but worth mentioning.
The location of the hotel was great for my stay. It was close to the trainstation (2-3min by foot) and you can reach the city center by foot in about 10-15min. Additionally my room had a mountain view, which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was good as well and the staff was always friendly.

GuernseyThere were staff members smoking in reception, which was unpleasant as you could not avoid it. There are 8 steps before the lift, so it is a pain with cases. The area around the hotel was a bit unsettling, with lots of broken car glass on the pavement. The soundproofing was awful. I could hear people in their bathrooms. There was an extremely limited bar, no red wine! No restaurant either.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly. The view was nice over the river and it was close to the town and train station and trams.

PolandNo coffee tea refreshments in room.. no glasses for drinking water. Kettle for hearing water was provided on request. But was dirty with burnt residue related to previous use. The staff did replace with a clean one immediately on making a complaint. Colleague who was traveling with me had a bad experience.. her room had stink related to smoking in the room... Again room was changed on making a complaint.

Room was lovely, perfect location for walking into the town. Lovely views of the mountains from the bedroom also. Staff were very friendly, which made for a quick and easy check in. Breakfast was pretty standard, I liked that they offered soya milk. Suited all of our needs for a nights stop in the city!
