We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe do not drive a large car , a Hyundai Kona. But the parking spacers provided in the underground car park were very tight. I have been driving for 70 years and haver never had problems before. I even managed to scrape my front bumper on the wall ! Car owners, BEWARE.
Room, small but adequate for short stay. Breakfast was extra, but very good. The location was brilliant. Close to bars, restaurants.

United KingdomThe decor of the rooms could be more stylish, more aligned to the building not the branding of Ibis. Paper cups let you down, not sustainable at all, made it feel cheap. Parking process could've been smoother, as a new arriver it would be best to drive straight to your parking spot, rather than having to check-in first when there's no parking in front of the hotel. Not practical.
The beds and cushions were extremely comfortable. The view was also great.

Here is a beautiful area , center of town with marinas full of handsome yatches ; streets are clean ; many restaurants are in walking distance … although the rooms(3) are small , they are reasonably clean and livable .

United KingdomNothing significant other than the room we had was for three adults. The king sized bed in the mezzanine was brilliant and would be great for families with children. The bed settee was also a double but the single bed wasn’t big enough really for an adult.
Close to the train and bus station - overlooking the harbour. We had a three bed room which was well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The bedding was crisp and comfortable and we were able to request it to be changed and the towels daily if required.

United KingdomThe carpark was very secure but a bit of a pain to get in to and the ceiling was so low the car boot hit the ceiling when we opened it the first time and got scratched. Everything else was great!
The room was excellent for a family, with a mezzanine level with a double bed and tv. Customer service was brilliant- very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - over the road from the station, few minutes walk from the beach, beautiful view of the marina and right near the centre of all of the bars and restaurants.
