Breakfast serving area was a little cramped in corner. Lots of people waiting in a small space. Bed was a bit hard for me but that’s personal preference.

Hotel felt dated. Needed a refresh. Big sign advertising outside €10 cheaper than we paid via booking.com. Also bare electrical wires between the beds where the lights were wired in.

Location was useful for our trip. Close to shops and restaurants although expensive.

Basic rooms bit tired

Shower head was falling apart, a cheap item to replace, keep up room maintainence. Booked triple, initially we ended up in a smaller twin, seemed disorganised.

Close to motorway, stop off on a longer road trip.

It's definitely no frill. Not for a stay of more than one night. Tiny room. No chairs, just a stool with no back support. Very few wall sockets No view to speak of, but then you are off a motorway! Cramped breakfast area, long queues, bottle neck. Not designed for a leisurely morning meal.

It was very close to Poitiers and a stone's throw from the N10. Friendly check-in assistant. Free parking. The breakfast was a lot better than expected. Free water dispenser It was clean. The restaurant at the Ibis (non-budget) next door was very nice. It's a place to break up a long journey to sleep and to have a nice hot shower. Nothing more

The hallways were a bit grubby and smelt of cigarettes, one toilet had a smell do it but it was the drainage I think rather than the cleanliness.

It was good for what we needed which was a quick stop on our travels. Showers were more spacious than expected, rooms were clean.

Very good overnight stay in a budget hotel

Used to stay here 4/5 times a year. Slept in the Budget and used the bar and restaurant in the Ibis next door which was a really good Courtepaille. First time back in a year and the restaurant has gone way downhill. Seems to have been taken 'inhouse'. It was usually very busy with local people - there was only 3 other diners that evening! This is not a fault with the Ibis Budget but Accor Hotels need the feedback.

Staying at Ibis Budget was absolutely fine. Friendly reception and a clean, warm room. As usual!,

Bathroom is a bit small and spills water all over the floor.

Nice room to stay with a baby. Daddy slept on the top bed, where it got a bit too warm, but at least the airco was working 😅

The wi fi was useless, don't Even know why they claim they’ve got it. Towels really thin, shower bracket not working, pity as water temp and pressure Great.

I liked the room, clean comfortable, small work surface with power point working air con. I liked the breakfast and start time of 6.00 am. Free parking. Restaurant in the hotel next door.

My room was too close to reception which made it a little noisy, made my dogs bark whenever they heard something outside. But it is very convenient for the motorway

Use this hotel regularly you get what you pay for it is basic, comfortable but this visit i was too close to reception and therefore it was a little noisy

Perhaps the staff could use less bleach or cleaning materials in the room. The smell was very strong and unpleasant
