We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was good for an overnight stay. There bars/restaurants near, but the train/bus station was further away than I thought, so needed a taxi. The young lady on reception was very helpful.

Excellent value and location. There's a paid underground garage right underneath the hotel, and Ibis offers a heavily discounted rate for parking. The staff was super friendly.

SpainThe shower cabin could use some improvements (the door was squeaking) and a deeper cleaning (there were some mold spots in the corners of the cabin and the glass wals were quite dirty because of the stone from the water). The room window was also squeaking when opening / closing. The floor of the elevator was very bumpy because the rubber mat was not straight anymore.
Very good location, close to all the important points of the city. Very nice view from the room, towards Théâtre de l'Archipel and Passerelle de l'Archipel. Friendly staff. Very modern design of the room, typical for all the Ibis hotels. Comfortable bed.

SpainAlthough the size of the bed was superb, the mattress was awful. Very thin, so it was really hard. Almost like sleeping on the floor. I've had stayed in other "Ibis budget" and the matress wasn't as bad as this one in Perpignan.
It is what it is. Cheap accomodation in the centre of the town. You've got your big bed, a nice warm shower and a clean toilet in the room. Also very good lighting (natural and artificial). Staff were nice and helpful.

QatarThe sheets smelled like tobacco. The reading light is always on and couldn’t sleep well because of the bright. The bathroom door can’t be closed because doesn’t have lever inside. Also the bathroom light is authomatic and stays on for 10 minutes

United StatesNo-frills decor is too plain and institutional. Some color, paint or decoration would help guests feel more comfy. Only one stool provided in a room designed for 3 people. A luggage rack and clothes hooks on walls would be inexpensive and very functional additions.

SpainBathroom set up was questionable, it was accessible, but we didn't need accessibility. It was quite cold in the room as well, with A/C blasting and no way to turn it down.
Room was small but comfortable, location was great, we could reach city centre fast and easy by foot. Breakfast was quite okay, not too many options, but we could definitely eat.
